ՍԱՊԾ-ն նախկին աշխատակից Նարեկ Մանթաշյանի դեմ դատական հայց է նախապատրաստում

ՀՀ սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը դատական հայց է նախապատրաստում ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ «Գոգավան» սահմանային հսկիչ կետի նախկին պետ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանի դեմ՝ վերջինիս կողմից հնչեցված հայտարարությունների հետ կապված: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե ՍԱՊԾ-ում տիրում է անառողջ մթնոլորտ, իսկ Մանթաշյանն ազատվել է աշխատանքից անօրինական կերպով, ինչը պայմանավորված է Իշխան Կարապետյանի անձով, քանի որ նա վայելում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի աջակցությունը, նրա հետ ունի ազգակցական կապ՝ ՍԱՊԾ պետն ասաց. «Նարեկ Մանթաշյանն ազատվել է աշխատանքից իր սեփական դիմումի համաձայն: Մեզ մոտ որևէ անառողջ մթնոլորտ չի կարող լինել մեկ մարդու սուբյեկտիվ կարծիքի պատճառով: Ծառայությունում բոլոր գործընթացներն իրականացվում են օրենքի շրջանակներում և դրան համապատասխան: Ուրախ եմ, որ մարդիկ հնարավորություն ունեն արտահայտել իրենց տեսակետները, բայց վերջին շրջանում հնչեցված տեսակետները և ապատեղեկատվությունները մեր կողմից լավ չեն գնահատվում և ցանկանում ենք դիմել դատարան, որպեսզի իրավական դաշտում խնդրին տանք համապատասխան լուծում»:

Միաժամանակ, ՍԱՊԾ պետն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ որևէ ազգակցական կապ չունի: Իշխան Կարապետյանը վստահեցրեց, որ Մանթաշյանի աշխատանքից ազատման հետ կապված քաղծառայության մրցույթի որևէ խախտում չի արձանագրվել:  

Միաժամանակ, Կարապետյանն ասաց, որ որևէ տեղեկատվության չի տիրապետում, թե ՍԱՊԾ-ում աշխատողներին ստիպում են միաժամանակ գրել աշխատանքի ընդունման և ազատման դիմումներ: Նա նաև հերքեց լուրերը, որ ՀՀ նախագահի վերահսկողական ծառայությունը ՍԱՊԾ-ում վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում:

Նարեկ Մանթաշյանը ՀՀ վարչապետին ուղղված բաց նամակում գրել էր, որ խախտվել են իր աշխատանքային իրավունքները և իր հետ կատարվածն անօրինականություն է:
