Աժ նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում խորհրդարանի նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը հուլիսի 20-ին ընդունել է Համազգային հայ կրթական և մշակութային միության և Նոր Ջուղայի պատանեկան միության անդամներին:Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Ողջունելով երիտասարդներին՝ Վահրամ Բալայանը ներկայացրել է Արցախի պատմությունը, անդրադարձել Ազգային ժողովի գործունեությանը, կառուցվածքին, տնտեսության ներկայիս վիճակին, բանակաշինության և մշակույթի ոլորտներին:

Խոսելով երկրի զարգացման գործում երիտասարդության դերի մասին՝ խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահը կարևորել է նրանց ներուժը՝ կոչ անելով անմասն չմնալ հայրենիքում կատարվող գործընթացներից:

«Կարծում եմ՝ համաքայլ լինելու և միասին հարցեր լուծելու անհրաժեշտությունը կա: Այդ պարագայում միայն այն ամենը, ինչ այսօր ունենք, կկրկնապատկվի, կքառապատկվի և այդ ճանապարհով կունենանք մեր երազած միացալ Հայաստանը»,-նշել է Վահրամ Բալայանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում երիտասարդներն ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալին են առաջադրել Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանին, փետրվարին տեղի ունեցած սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, բանակաշինությանը, Արցախում կրթական համակարգի հեռանկարներին և բանակցային գործընթացին վերաբերող հարցեր:

Ամփոփելով հանդիպումը՝ Վահրամ Բալայանն առաջարկել է երիտասարդներին առավել հաճախ այցելել Արցախ՝ իրենց հետ բերելով նորանոր մարդիկ՝ այդպիսով նպաստելով հայրենաճանաչությանն ու հայրենադարձությանը:
