Ադրբեջանում բլոգեր Լապշինը դատապարտվել է երեք տարվա ազատազրկման

Ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող Բաքվի դատարանում հրապարակվել է ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով դատավճիռը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը, դատարանը վճռել է Լապշինին դատապարտել երեք տարվա ազատազրկման:
Հուլիսի 19-ին կայացած դատական նիստի ժամանակ Լապշինը, օգտվելով վերջին խոսքի իր իրավունքից, հայտարարել էր, որ չի ընդունում իր դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքները:
Լապշինի փաստաբան Էդուարդ Չերնինն իր ելույթում պահանջել էր արդարացնել իր պաշտպանյալին: Նա հայտարարել է, որ Լապշինի դեմ ներկայացված բոլոր մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են: «Փորձագետների կարծիքները չեն հինվում վստահելի ապացույցների վրա, քանի որ իր հոդվածներում Լապշինը կոչ չի արել խախտել Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,- ասել է Չերնինը:
Դատախազը պահանջել էր բլոգերին դատապարտել 6 տարի և վեց ամիս ազատազրկման:
Լապշինի դեմ դատական գործ էր հարուցվել Ադրբեջանի ՔՕ 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով:
