Ջավադյանի ազատման դիմումը՝ այլընտրանքի բացակայության ապացույց. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն աշխատանքից ազատվել է «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ–ի տնօրեն Արտաշես Ջավադյանը: Նա բյուրոն ղեկավարել է ձևավորման պահից: Մեր իրականությունն այնպիսին է, որ նման դեպքերում կառույցը հիմնադրած, աճեցրած անձինք չեն կարող իրենց այդքան ճոխություն թույլ տալ և մի օր, հանկարծ որոշել, որ սեփական կամքով պետք է դիմում գրեն ու հեռանան այդտեղից: Նման կտրուկ որոշումներ հիմնականում ընդունվում են կրիտիկական պահերին և ճնշող փաստերի առկայության դեպքում միայն:
ՊՈԱԿ–ի հասարակայնության և մամուլի հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Լանա Մշեցյանը «Փաստին» փոխանցեց, որ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրոյի» տնօրենն իսկապես ազատվել է աշխատանքից սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, իսկ ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել Խաչիկ Մուրադյանը: Մեր տեղեկություններով Ա. Ջավադյանը բավականին երիտասարդ է և պաշտոնից ազատվել է ոչ թե թոշակի անցնելու, այսինքն՝ տարիքը լրանալու պատճառով, այլ ավելի լուրջ պատճառ կա: Եվ հավանաբար այն առնչվում է ԵՊՀ–ում հաշվապահների կողմից ուսանողների ուսման վարձը համալսարանի բյուջե չմուտքագրելու և յուրացնելու գործի հետ, քանի որ բյուրոյից կորել էր գործին առնչվող մի ողջ հատոր:
Եվ չնայած ամիսներ առաջ «Հրապարակը» Ջավադյանից ճշտել էր տվյալ գործին առնչվող հատորը կորցնելու մասին, նա էլ չէր հերքել, նշելով, որ հարցն այն է, որ բյուրոն տարին 10 հազար էքսպերտիզա է իրականացնում և այդ ընթացքում, հնարավոր է մարդկային գործոնի հետևանքով, զուտ տեխնիկական պատճառներով, այլ գործի հետ կցած–գնացած լինի մեկ այլ տեղ:
«Հիմա նախորդ ամսվա բոլոր ուղարկված գործերը նայում են, որովհետև կորելու տարբերակ գրեթե խելքին մոտ չէ: Այստեղ պահակախումբ կա, և փորձագետները ստորագրություն են դնում: Եթե պարզվի, որ ինչ–որ մեկը գողություն է կատարել կամ անփութությամբ կորցրել է և այլն, դա այլ հարց կլինի» թերթին ասել էր Ջավադյանը:
Հիմա փաստորեն կարծես թե այդ «այլ գործի» տարբերակն է սկսել աշխատել և այդ պատճառով է ՊՈԱԿ–ի հիմնադիրը որոշել հեռանալ այդտեղից ու գիտությամբ զբաղվել:
Դե գիտական ոլորտում էլ ավելի շատ գտնում են, քան կորցնում, ուստի կարծում ենք, որ եթե այս խմորը ավելի շատ ջրի կարիք չունենա, Ջավադյանը կշարունակի գիտական նվաճումներով հարստացնել ազգային ֆոնդը:
