Սամվել Կարապետյանը փորձում է ժամանակ շահել

Սամվել Կարապետյանի՝ Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբը, որը 2017-ի համար խոստացել էր մոտ 300 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր իրականացնել, առաջին շոշափելի քայլերը կանի միայն աշնանը։ «Հոկտեմբերին կամ նոյեմբերին կտեսնենք հայտարարված ծրագրերի մասին»,- «Ազատության» հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ասել է տնտեսական զարգացման փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը։ Նրա խոսքերով՝ քննարկումները տարվում են հիմնականում երկու ուղղությամբ. «Ակումբի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերը հիմնականում ուղղված են լինելու վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի և էներգետիկայի ոլորտում: Այժմ քննարկվում է նաև որոշակի մշակող արդյունաբերության ծրագրերում ակումբի ներգրավվածության հնարավորությունը»:
Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Ներդրողների ակումբի հիմնադիր հայրերից՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հանդիսանում է վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի թերևս միակ հենարանը և 2018-ի հույսը, դժվար չէ կռահել, որ ներդրումների մասին խոսակցությունների ակտիվացումը նպատակ է հետապնդում իշխանական հարցի լուծման ժամանակ Կարապետյանի համար դիվիդենտներ շահել, այս պարագայում ճիշտ կլինի ասել՝ գնել, եթե իհարկե՝ գործող նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մտադրություն ունի այն վաճառել, ինքը քիչ հավանական է: Հաշվի առնելով իրերի ընթացքը՝ առավել հավանական է, որ ներդրումներին այդպես էլ ականատես չլինենք, քանի որ Ներդրողների ակումբի կիսաքրեաօլիգարխիկ կազմը դեռևս հայրենի էներգետիկ ոլորտը զարգացնելու գործում ակտիվություն չեն դրսևորում: Ուշագրավ է նաև այն փաստը, որ ներդրումները կատարվելու են հենց էներգետիկ ոլորտում: Անգամ եթե ռուսական կապիտալին սպասելուց աչքներս ջուր կտրի, իշխանությունները ամեն դեպքում մի քանի ամիս կշահեն ՝ ունենալով կոնտր առաջարկ ամերիկյան առաջարկներին: Հայաստանի կառավարությունը մանևրելու և արևմտյան առաջարկները մերժելու շատ լավ հնարավորություն է ստանում: Իսկ այն, որ արդյունքում կարող ենք հայտնվել կոտրած տաշտակի առջև, որևէ մեկին չի հուզում:
