ՀՀ նախագահին է ներկայացվել Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում այցելությունների կենտրոն ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ նախագիծ

Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանն առաջարկում է ստեղծել այցելությունների կենտրոն, որի կազմում նախատեսվում է կառուցել աստղագիտության պատմության վիրտուալ թանգարան, աստղացուցարան, հանրային դասախոսությունների սրահ, դեպի աստղադիտակ տանող ճանապարհի, ինչպես նաեւ հարակից տարածքների բարեկարգում: ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր Բյուրականում էր աստղադիտարանի տնօրեն Արեգ Միքայելյանի՝ նմանատիպ կենտրոն ունենալու գաղափարին ծանոթանալու նպատակով: Տնօրենը տեղեկացրեց, որ առաջիկա երկու շաբաթում նախագիծը պատրաստ կլինի:

«Նախագահի այցելությունը խիստ կարեւոր է, որովհետեւ անգամ միայն այցելությունը գիտական կենտրոն ինքնին կարեւոր է ոլորտի նկատմամբ հասարակական տրամադրվածության առումով: Գիտությունը շատ ավելի լուրջ ներդրումներ է պահանջում բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ գիտական հետազոտությունների, տեխնիկական, կադրերի պատրաստման եւ այլն: Այն իրականացվում է տարբեր միջոցներով, եւ այս դեպքում մենք առաջարկել ենք ծրագիր, որի հիմքում ընկած է այսպես կոչված գիտական զբոսաշրջության գաղափարը, որի կարեւոր հանգուցակետերից մեկն էլ կարող է լինել Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանը: Խոսքը զբոսաշրջիկների համար գիտական այցելավայրերը հետաքրքիր դարձնելն է. դրանք եւ ժամանակակից գիտական հիմնարկներն են, եւ պատմական հնավայրերը, եւ գիտության թանգարանները, եւ միջնադարյան համալսարանները»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:

Արեգ Միքայելյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանում կան բազմաթիվ այդպիսի այցելավայրեր, եւ զբոսաշրջային ուղիների համար անհրաժեշտ է համակարգել այցելությունները դեպի նման վայրեր:

«Հայաստանը հսկա հարստություններ ունի այս ոլորտում, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է այդ ամենը կանոնակարգել, ուսումնասիրել: Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանն այսօր տարեկան 5 հազար այցելու է ընդունում, ինչը չափազանց քիչ է, քանի որ թիվը կարող էր տասնապատիկ ավել լինել: Հիմնական խնդիրը կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավման հետ է կապված: Եթե մենք մի փոքր ներդրում անենք եւ զբոսաշրջիկների, դպրոցականների, մյուս այցելուների համար ստեղծենք մի փոքր ավելի հարմարավետ պայմաններ, այդ դեպքում հոսքը կաճի, զբոսաշրջային ընկերությունները հաճույքով կընդգրկեն Բյուրականն իրենց փաթեթներում»,-ընդգծեց աստղադիտարանի տնօրենը՝ նշելով, որ Նախագահի տեսակետը դրական էր, թեպետ նա առաջարկել է քննարկել ծրագիրը ավելի մանրամասն մշակելուց, համապատասխան հաշվարկներով ներկայացնելուց հետո:
