«Զբոսաշրջության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի փոփոխությունով նախատեսվում է Հայաստանում հյուրատների մշակույթի ձևավորում

: «Զբոսաշրջության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում մշակված լրացումներով նախատեսվում է հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների նոր տեսակի՝ հյուրատների ներդրում, ինչպես նաև դրույթներ՝ զբոսաշրջային տեղեկատվական կենտրոնների համակարգի ձևավորման համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ ՝ հուլիսի 19-ին լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը:

 «Նախատեսված են մի շարք փոփոխություններ, որոնք դեռ կառավարության քննարկման փուլում են: Կառավարությունն իր ծրագրում նախատեսել է սահմանել որակական չափանիշներ ոլորտում մատուցովող ծառայությունների նկատմամբ: Եվ այս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունն ուղղված է այդ թվում նաև որակական չափանիշների սահմանմանը: Նախատեսված է հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների նոր տեսակի ներդրում: Այսօր աշխարհում զարգանում է օրավարձով բնակարանների արդյունաբերությունը, և ելնելով հենց նրանց շահերից, մենք ստեղծելու ենք հյուրատուն հասկացությունը: Մինչ այդ ունեինք միայն զբոսաշրջային տուն: Նախատեսել ենք դրույթներ՝ զբոսաշրջային ռեսուրսների գույքագրման, գրանցամատյան ձևավորելու և վարելու ուղղությամբ, նաև դրույթներ՝ ուղղված ոլորտում գործարար ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավմանը»,-ասաց Մեխակ Ապրեսյանն ու հավելեց, որ  կան նաև դրույթներ՝ զբոսաշրջային տեղեկատվական կենտրոնների համակարգի ձևավորման համար:

Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանի խոսքով՝ նախատեսված է առաջին տեղեկատվական կենտրոնը հիմնել Գյումրիում: «Այն պատրաստ կլինի 1 ամիս հետո: Մեր օրենսդրական նախագծերում կան դրույթներ, թե ինչպես պետք է  գործեն տեղեկատվական կենտրոնները, որոնք հետո կվերածվեն զբոսաշրջային վայրերի կառավարման գրասենյակների»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ օրենքի փոփոխությունների՝ պետք է ներդրվի նաև վարչական ռեգիստր՝ ավելի հստակ վիճակագրություն ունենալու նպատակով: Այն կօգնի քաղաքականությունն ավելի արդյունավետ մշակելուն և իրականացված քաղաքականության արդյունքները ճիշտ գնահատելուն:
