Takprosto.cc կայքը գրում է, որ ավելորդ մի քանի կիլոգրամներից ազատվելու համար պարտադիր չէ պահել խիստ դիետաներ և ամեն օր զբաղվել ֆիզիկական վարժություններով: Գոյություն ունի 5 պարզ կանոն, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել 3 կիլոգրամից մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:
1. Ամեն անգամ ուտելուց առաջ 2 բաժակ ջուր խմեք: Ուտելուց 10-15 րոպե առաջ ջուր խմելը կարագացնի նյութափոխանակությունը, մթերքը ճիշտ կմշակվի՝ չվերածվելով ճարպային կուտակումների:
2. Մինչև հաց ուտելը կես գրայպֆրուտ կերեք՝ ճարպերն արդյունավետ այրելու համար:
3. 300 մլ բնական սուրճը՝ համեմունքների՝ դարչինի, վանիլի և կարմիր բիբարի հետ, ևս լավ միջոց են նյութափոխանակությունն արագացնելու համար: Այս ըմպելիքն անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել քիչ քանակով՝ առողջությանը չվնասելու համար:
4. Ոչ ոքի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ սնունդը պետք է լավ ծամել: Որպեսզի ուտելիքը չվերածվի ճարպային կուտակման, անհրաժեշտ է յուրաքանչյուր կտոր ծամել 50 անգամ:
5. Ճարպերի արդյունավետ այրման և նյութափոխանակության արագացման համար 200 մլ տաք ջրի մեջ լցրեք դարչին և թողեք մի փոքր սառչի: 30 ժամ անց այս խառնուրդի մեջ ավելացրեք մեղր: Ըմպելիքի կեսը պետք է խմել քնելուց առաջ, իսկ մնացածը՝ առավոտյան քաղցած ժամանակ:
