Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավորները պատրաստվում են երկրի նախագահի ընտրության փակ գաղտնի քվեարկության

 Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը այս պահին հատուկ նիստ է գումարում, որտեղ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն պետք է ընտրի Հանրապետության նախագահ, ով պաշտոնավարելու է մինչև գործող ԱԺ-ի լիազորությունների ավարտը՝ 2020 թվականը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նախ բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել Խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, ով մասնավորապես խոսել է նիստի խորհրդի մասին՝ ներկայացնելով հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնի համար առաջադրված թեկնածուներին:

Այնուհետև «Հայրենիք», «Դաշնակցություն» և «Ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցություններից ելույթներով համապատասխանաբար հանդես են եկել Արթուր Թովմասյանը, Վահրամ Բալայանը և Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, ովքեր հիմնավորել են գործող նախագահի առաջադրման իրենց նախաձեռնությունը: Իսկ «Շարժում – 88» խմբակցությունից Էդուարդ Աղաբեկյանին ներկայացրել է պատգամավոր Վիլեն Սաֆարյանը:

Հաջորդիվ ելույթներով հանդես են եկել նախագահի թեկնածուներ իր լիազորությունները դեռևս չավարտած գործող նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը և «Շարժում – 88» ԱԺ խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաբեկյանը:

Գործող նախագահը մասնավորապես անդրադարձել է անցած տասը տարիների ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքներին և արդյունքներին, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձել է գալիք շրջանում ընտրվելու դեպքում իր կողմից իրականացվելիք նոր ծրագրերն:

Իսկ Է. Աղաբեկյանը իր ելույթում հիմնականում անդրադարձել է բացթողումներին և նշել այն կարևորագույն ոլորտները, որոնց մտադիր է ուշադրություն դարձնել, եթե ստանա Խորհրդարանի վստահությունը: Նախագահի թեկանծուները պատասխանել են նաև պատգամավորների հարցերին:

Նշենք որ նիստին 33 պատգամավորներից ներկա են 32-ը: «Ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցությունից հարգելի պատճառով բացակայում է Արմո Ծատուրյանը:

Քիչ հետո տեղի կունենա փակ գաղտնի քվեարկություն, որի արդյունքները կհրապարակվեն հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի կողմից:

ԼՂՀ ԱԺ երեք՝ «Հայրենիք», «Ժողովրդավարություն» և «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունները առաջադրել էին գործող նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի թեկնածությունը: Գործող նախագահին իր աջակցությունն էր հայտնել նաև Խորհրդարանի միակ անկախ պատգամավոր Արսեն Առստամյանը: Անցումային նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու համար բավարար էր 21 ձայնը։
