«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Գրեթե միշտ սկանդալների կենտրոնում գտնվող՝ Արա­րատի նախկին ՀՅԴ-ական մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի ունեցվածքին չափ ու սահման չկա:

Վերջինս, 2017 թվականին ստանձնելով Արարատի մարզպետի պաշտոնը, հայտարարագրել է առանձնատուն, որին կից առկա են հողամաս և տնտեսական այլ շինություններ: Նա ունի երկու բնակարան՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքում, մեկ հողամաս, այգիներ, հասարակական և արտադրական նշանակության շինություններ:

Գրիգորյանն ունի LEXUS ԼՏ 600 HL, VAZ 2121, MITSUBISHI PAJERO IO 2.0 մակնիշների մար­դատար երեք ավտոմեքենա և ZIL MMZ-45021 մակնիշի բեռնատար մեքենա:

Գրիգորյանի կանխիկ դրամա­կան միջոցները կազմում են 776 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 300 հազար ռու­սական ռուբլի և 961 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Գրիգորյանի տարեկան եկամուտը 77 մլն դրամ է, որից 30 մլն-ը՝ երկու տարբեր շահաբաժիններից ստացված, 41 մլն-ը՝ այլ եկամուտ, իսկ մնացածը գոյացել է աշխատավարձից:

Նշենք, որ Գրիգորյանն առաջին անգամ 2013 թվականին ստանձ­նելով մարզպետի պաշտոնը, իսկ 2014-ին բնապահպանության նա­խարարի՝ ևս ունեցել է նշյալ շարժական և անշարժ գույքերը, աճ­ման կարգով փոփոխության են են­թարկվել միայն դրամական մի­ջոցները:

Հավանաբար, Գրիգորյանն իր անծայրածիր կարողությունը հետ է գցել այն տարիներին, երբ զբաղեց­նում էր «Ավշարի» գինու գործարա­նի տնօրենի և «Արաքս» ՍՊԸ-ի փոխտնօրենի պաշտոնները»:
