Ճամբարակում մի քաղաքացի 30 կգ ոսկու ձուլակտոր է գրավադրել և 74 քաղաքացու խաբեությամբ պատճառել խոշոր գույքային վնաս

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակի տարածաշրջանում քաղաքացի Սոս Սաֆարյանը խաբեությամբ խոշոր չափի վնաս է պատճառել 74 քաղաքացու: Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից Tert.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ հուլիսի 17-ին գործն ուղարկվել է Ճամբարակի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանին:
Սոս Հովհաննեսի Սաֆարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 74 քաղաքացիներից խաբելու եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 04-ից մինչև 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 26-ն ընկած ժամանակ հատվածում վերջիններիս անվամբ ԱԿԲԱ բանկում Գեղարքունիք և Մարտունի մասնաճյուղերում գրավադնելով իրեն սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող 30 կգ ոսկյա ձուլակտորները, նշված անձանց վարկերն առանց հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ վերցնելով` խոստացել է ժամանակին մարել վարկը համապատասխան տոկոսագումարները, սակայն խոստումը չկատարելով` քաղաքացիներին պատճառել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս:
