Արցախի պետականության և նրա ինստիտուտների ամրապնդման անշրջելիությունը նյարդային արձագանք է հարուցում Ադրբեջանում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին նշել է Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության նախարարության Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արտակ Ներսիսյանը՝ News.am-ի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարությունը, թե Արցախի նախագահի առաջիկա ընտրությունները ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերը խափանելու փորձ են:
«Ինչպես բազմիցս նշել ենք, ազատ, արդար, թափանցիկ ու մրցունակ ընտրությունները, լինելով Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացների անբաժան մաս, միտված են ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով հանրապետության հանրային կյանքի կազմակերպմանն ու իշխանության մարմինների ձևավորմանը։ Դրանք ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարող բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղությամբ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին։ Տվյալ դիրքորոշումն այս կամ այն ձևով հաստատվել է հենց Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից՝ իրենց բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններում։
Ավելին, միջնորդները նաև նշել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի դերը ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շրջանակներում իր ապագան կանխորոշելու հարցում։ Մեր կարծիքով, ընտրությունները ժողովրդի կամարտահայտության եղանակներից մեկն են, հետևաբար դրանց անցկացումը լրիվությամբ համապատասխանում է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման տրամաբանությանը։
Արցախի քաղաքական գործընթացներին Ադրբեջանի բացասական արձագանքը պայմանավորված է բնավ ոչ թե մտահոգությամբ՝ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերի մասին, որոնք Բաքուն ինքն է ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտում, այլ Արցախի գոյությունն իսկ բացառելու ձգտումով։
Ակնհայտ է, որ Արցախի պետականության և նրա ինստիտուտների ամրապնդման անշրջելիությունը նյարդային արձագանք է հարուցում Ադրբեջանում։ Ավելին, հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից օբյեկտիվ իրականության ժխտումն էլ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի հիմնական խոչընդոտներից մեկն է»,- նշել է Արտակ Ներսիսյանը։
