ԵԽ-ի ղեկավարը Լեհաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ Է արել հետ չկանգնելու իրավական պետության նորմաներից

Եվրախորհրդարանի նախագահ Անտոնիո Տայանին հուլիսի 18-ին նամակ Է հղել Լեհաստանի նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդային, որտեղ երկրի իշխանություններին կոչ Է արել հետ չկանգնելու իրավական պետության նորմաներից եւ Եվրամիության հիմնարար արժեքներից, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Լեհաստանի նոր օրենսդրությունը «հարցուցում Է Եվրախորհրդարանի լուրջ անհանգստությունը, քանի որ կարող Է հակասել ԵՄ-ի հիմնարար պամյանագրերին, թուլացնել Լեհաստանի դատական համակարգի անկախությունն ու անկանխակալությունը եւ երկրում խախտել իշխանությունների բաժանումը», ասված Է ուղերձի տեքստում, որը զետեղված Է Twitter-ում Տայանի Էջում:
Հուլիսի 15-ին Լեհաստանի Սենատն առանց փոփոխությունների ընդունել Է արդարադատության նախարարության պատրաստած ուղղումներն Ազգային դատական խորհրդի մասին օրենքում, ինչպես նաեւ ընդհանոուր դատարանների աշխատանքի մասին օրենքում: Օրենքների ընդումնան համար այժմ անհրաժեշտ են երկրի նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդայի ստորագրությունները:
Ուղղումներն այլ բաների թվում ենթադրում են դատարանների նախագահների նշանակման եւ հեռացման կանոնների փոփոխություններ՝ արդարադատության նախարարի լիազորությունների ուժեղման միջոցով, ինչպես նաեւ Ազգային դատական խորհրդի անդամների ընտրություն սեյմի պատգամավորների քվեարկության միջոցով, որտեղ մեծամասնությունը պատկանում Է կառավարող «Իրավունք եւ արդարություն» կուսակցությանը:
Բացի դրանից, սեյմի պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարկվել Է կառավարող կուսակցության օրինագիծը, որը ենթադրում Է փոփոխություններ Գերագույն դատարանի դատավորների ընտրության կարգում, ինչպես նաեւ ներկայիս դատավորների պաշտոնազրկման հնարավորություն, «բացառությամբ նրանց, ում կնշի արդարադատության նախարարը»:
Լեհաստանի ընդդիմությունն այդ ուղղումները համարում Է «ոտնձգություն ժողովրդավարության դեմ»: Ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչները Եվրահանձնաժողովին հորդորել են միջամտել ստեղծված իրավիճակին, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
