Հայաստանում 66 ծրագրով նախատեսված 500 միլիոնից արդեն իրականացվել է 220 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը դիտարկում է 66 ներդրումային ծրագրեր, որոնցով նախատեսված է 2017 թվականին իրականացնել 500 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում և ստեղծել 7 հազարից ավելի աշխատատեղ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 18-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը:
«Հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ` արդեն իսկ այդ 66 ծրագրերով իրականացվել է 220 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում և ստեղծվել է 2700 աշխատատեղ: Այն ծրագրերն են, որ պետության կողմից տարբեր գործիքներով աջակցություն են ստացել: Մասնավորապես, այդ աշխատատեղերը ստեղծվել են գյուղատնտեսության, հանքարդյունաբերության, ճարտարագիտության, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության և այլ ոլորտներում»,- նշեց Ազիզյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում` օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ծավալի զուտ հոսքը կազմել է 40 միլիոն դոլար, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ արձանագրելով 10 միլիոն դոլարի աճ, իսկ օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումները առաջին եռամսյակում ապահովել են 194 միլիոն դոլարի ներհոսք, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ 38.8 տոկոսով աճ գրանցելով:
«Ներդրումները կատարվել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայից, Լիբանանից, Կիպրոսից, Կանադայից և այլն»,- ասաց Ազիզյանը:
Նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ առաջին եռամսյակում ընդհանուր իրականացվել 516 միլիոն դոլարի օտարերկրյա անուղղակի ներդրում. անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ 40 տոկոս աճ է գրանցվել:
Ազիզյանը կարևորեց ներդրումների ոլորտում կատարվող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները` ներդրումային դաշտում պետական-մասնավոր հատվածի համագործակցության փոփոխությունը և օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար դաշտը առավել թափանցիկ դարձնելը:
«Առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է տրվելու թեթև արդյունաբերությանը, մասնավորապես կոշիկի և կաշվի արտադրությանը: Այս ոլորտում զարգացման հնարավորությունները մեծ են և հետագայում ակնկալվում է լուրջ արտահանում»,- ասաց Ազիզյանը:
Ազիզյանը կարևորեց նաև մարզային ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականցումը:
«Մարզերում ներդրումները ստեղծում են աշխատատեղեր և այս ուղղությամբ նախատեսում ենք աջակցության մեխանիզմներ մշակել, որը հնարավորություն կտա նաև վարկերի սուբսիդավորում իրականացնել»,-եզրափակեց Ազիզյանը:
