Картофель — практически второй хлеб для каждого из нас. Но, признаться честно, в последнее время надоело готовить банальное картофельное пюре, а жареная картошка уже не вызывает детского восторга.

Поэтому сегодня наша редакция делится с любимыми читателями рецептом необычного картофельного гарнира. Это блюдо не простое, ведь с начинкой можно экспериментировать, добавляя любимые ингредиенты!

Картофель с сыром, запеченный в духовке

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

  • 1 кг картофеля
  • 50 г твердого сыра
  • 30 г сливочного масла
  • 1 ст. л. майонеза
  • 1 ст. л. рубленого укропа
  • 1/2 ч. л. соли
  • 4 зубчика чеснока

 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

 

  1. Тщательно вымой картофель и сделай несколько проколов вилкой в каждом клубне.

  2. Помести картофель в духовку и запекай при температуре 180 градусов в течение 45 минут. Время приготовления может меняться в зависимости от размера клубней.

  3. Натри сыр на мелкой терке.

  4. Перемешай сыр с размягченным маслом, майонезом, укропом и измельченным чесноком.

  5. Скатай порционные шарики из сырной смеси.

  6. Остудив картофель, сделай на каждом клубне крестообразные надрезы так, как показано на фото.

  7. В середину каждой картошки помести сырный шарик. Поставь картофель в разогретую духовку на несколько минут — и можешь подавать на стол.
