Իտալական պիցցայի արտադրությունը Սյունիքի մարզում կմեկնարկի մոտ ժամանակներս

Առաջիկա ամիսներին Սյունիքի մարզում կմեկնարկի իտալական պիցցայի արտադրություն: «Իտալիան Ֆուդ Կորպորեյշն» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Նիկոլա Դի Մաուրոն «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այժմ ակտիվ նախապատրաստական փուլում են:
«Ներկայում ակտիվ տեմպերով ընթանում են գործարանի տարածքի հետ կապված նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, կարգավորվում է սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման գործընթացը, անցկացվում են քննարկումներ մատակարարների հետ: Հույս ունենք, որ արտադրությունը կսկսենք 1-1,5 ամսից»,-ասաց նա:
Մոտ կես տարի առաջ Նիկոլա Դի Մաուրոյի մոտ միտք հղացավ Հայաստանում հիմնել կիսաֆաբրիկատ պիցցայի արտադրություն: Հաշվի առնելով իշխանությունների լոյալությունը և նոր բիզնես պրոեկտներ ներգրավելու Սյունիքի մարզի ղեկավարության պատրաստակամությունը, որոշեց իր մտահղացումը կյանքի կոչել Կապանում:
Կիսաֆաբրիկատ պիցցան պատրաստվելու է բացառապես տեղական արտադրության մթերքից, ընդ որում, արտադրողների ընտրության հարցում նախապատվությունը տրվելու է Սյունիքի արտադրողներին:
«Նախնական շրջանում ես արտադրության գործարկման երկու տարբերակ էի դիտարկում: Կարելի էր ամբողջությամբ արտադրությունն ավտոմատացնել, որի դեպքում մենք կունենայինք քիչ թվով աշխատողներ: Նախապատվությունը տվեցինք երկրորդ տարբերակին, երբ արտադրության ավտոմատացումը քիչ ծավալով իրականացվեց: Այսպիսով, բուն գործարանում նախատեսված է ունենալ 30-50 աշխատատեղ` կախված, թե որքան կկազմի մեր արտադրության վաճառքը: Ի հավելումն դրա, աշխատատեղեր կբացվեն նաև մատակարարների մոտ: Նրանք պետք է ընդլայնեն իրենց արտադրությունը և բացեն նոր աշխատատեղեր: Եթե ամեն ինչ ընթանա ծրագրվածով, ապա ի հավելում դրա, մեր մատակարարների հետ գյուղացիներից կգնենք մեծ քանակությամբ կաթ և լոլիկ, ինչպես նաև կանաչեղեն ու սխտոր: Դա կնպաստի մարզում գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանը»,-ասաց Նիկոլա Դի Մաուրոն:
Գործարանի բոլոր աշխատակիցները և մասնագետները լինելու են Հայաստանից, մեծամասնությունը՝ Սյունիքի մարզից:
Բիզնես ծրագրի հաջողության դեպքում իտալացի գործարարը նախատեսում է ընդլայնել արտադրությունը, հնարավոր է ևս մեկ գործարան բացի:
