«Известия». Մոսկվան նախապատրաստում է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ռուսաստանը փորձում է մինչև տարեվերջ կազմակերպել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպում: Մոսկվան դարձել է այդ հարցում գլխավոր միջնորդ, քանի որ Բաքվին ու Երևանին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ նստեցնելու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս համանախագահների փորձերը հաջողությամբ չեն պսակվել: Այս մասին ռուսական «Известия» պարբերականին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ–ի բարձրաստիճան մի աղբյուր: Ավելի վաղ ԵԱՀԿ երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպման ժամանակ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Լավրովը հանդիպել էր Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ ղեկավարների հետ: Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ առաջարկ է եղել կազմակերպել երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հանդիպում:
– Միայն մենք ենք մասնակցում: Ֆրանսիացիները փորձեցին Երևանին ու Բաքվին նստեցնել բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, բայց դա ոչ մի օգուտ չբերեց: Մինչդեռ երկխոսությանն աջակցելն սկզբունքային նշանակություն ունի: Միայն դրա շնորհիվ է, որ տարածաշրջանում լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ չի պայթել: Սակայն կողմերի նպատակներն ու տեսլականները նախկինի պես տարբեր են,– ասել է պարբերականի զրուցակիցը:
Նախագահների հնարավոր հանդիպման վերաբերյալ «Известия»–ն փորձել էր պարզել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ կարծիքը: Մեր ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը նշել էր, որ «Հայաստանը երբեք չի հրաժարվել բանակցություններից ու հանդիպումներից, քանի որ բանակցությունները խնդրի կարգավորման միակ ճանապարհն են»:
Հայկական լրատվականներից մեկին տված իր վերջին հարցազրույցում ՀՀ նախագահը նույնպես պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել հանդիպելու ադրբեջանցի իր գործընկերոջ հետ՝ այդ հանդիպումից որևէ լուրջ ակնկալիք չունենալով հանդերձ: «Առանձնապես ակնկալիքներ չունենք այդպիսի հանդիպումներից, որովհետև այդպիսի հանդիպումները պետք է նախապատրաստվեն, իսկ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքը ենթադրում է կոնկրետ առաջարկությունների մասին դիրքորոշում: Այդ աշխատանքը չկա, բայց այնուհանդերձ մենք դեմ չենք որևէ հանդիպման և մշտապես պատրաստ ենք հանդիպելու։ Ակնկալիքներս այդ հանդիպումից մեծ չեն: Հանդիպումը կարող է կայանալ աշնանը»,– ասել էր Ս. Սարգսյանը:
Սակայն նույն այդ հարցազրույցում ՀՀ նախագահը նշել էր, որ բարձր մակարդակով հանդիպման առաջարկ ստացել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան կատարած վերջին այցի ընթացքում: Իսկ տարածաշրջան, կոնկրետ Հայաստան համանախագահներն այցելել էին հունիսի 10–ին: Այնինչ, ըստ «Известия»–ի, նախագահների հանդիպում կազմակերպելու առաջարկ Լավրովը կողմերին արել է ԵԱՀԿ երկրների արտգործնախարարների ոչ ֆորմալ նիստի շրջանակներում, այսինքն՝ հուլիսի 11–ին:
Ինչևէ, ադրբեջանական կողմը «Известия»–ին նույնպես հաստատել է, որ պատրաստ է նման հանդիպման, բայց նախապայմանով: «Եթե քննարկելու բան լինի, ապա նախագահների հանդիպում կկայանա: Բայց մեծ ակնկալիքներ ունենալ պետք չէ: Առայժմ բոլոր բանակցություններն ավարտվում են զրոյական արդյունքով»,– ասել է Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Նազիմ Ասիմ Մոլազադեն:
