Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհուրդը գոհ է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկայից, այն պարբերական քաղաքական երկխոսությունից, որը վարում են երկու պետությունների առաջնորդները, որոնք թույլ են տալիս նոր ազդակներ հաղորդել երկկողմ համագործակցությանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին պետական այցով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվող Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն:

«Մեր երկրների առաջնորդները բավականին հաճախ են հանդիպում, ինչը թույլ է տալիս լուծել կոնկրետ խնդիրներ, բացի այդ, երկու պետությունների սերտ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում մշակվում են նաև միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության նոր մոտեցումներ: Հայաստանը եղել և վստահությամբ կշարունակի մնալ Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերը, որի հետ մենք կառուցում ենք ամուր փոխգործակցություն ինչպես երկկողմ մակարդակում, այնպես էլ ինտեգրացիոն հարթակներում: Այս առումով, Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի վստահելի գործընկերն է»,- ընդգծել է Մատվիենկոն:    

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են երկու երկրների օրենսդությունների ներդաշնակեցմանը, միջխորհրդարանական փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Մատվիենկոն երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականներին կոչ է արել վերստուգել միջխորհրդարանական պայմանագրերը, ինչպես նաև վերլուծել առկա միջպետական ու միջկառավարական համաձայնագրերը՝ դրանց արդիականացման նպատակով:  

«Անհրաժեշտ է այնպես անել, որպեսզի ստորագրվող յուրաքանչյուր համաձայնագիր չլինի դեկլարատիվ, այլ լցված հստակ բովանդակությամբ, իր հիմքում ունենա հստակ ծրագրեր»,- ասել է Մատվիենկոն: Նա ցանկություն է հայտնել, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի խորհրդարանականները չիջեցնեն փոխգործակցության մակարդակը՝ միջազգային միջխորհրդարանական հարթակներում աշխատանքի ընթացքում:  

Միաժամանակ, Մատվիենկոն ուրախությամբ է նշել, որ Արա Բաբլոյանն իր առաջին միջազգային այցը կատարել է Ռուսաստան, ինչը փոխադարձ հարգանքի, միմյանց վստահության նշան է:  

Իր հերթին, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը ավելացրել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը նշում են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-րդ տարեդարձը և այս տարիների ընթացքում երկու երկրները դուրս են եկել դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության որակական նոր մակարդակ: «Այս առումով, ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ մեր ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացին ընդլայնվում է համագործակցությունը առևտրատնտեսական, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային և այլ ոլորտներում»,- ասել է Բաբլոյանը:

Միաժամանակ, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը պաշտպանել է Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի՝ վերը նշված առաջարկը և ընդգծել Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի ավանդական ջերմ ու բարեկամական կապերի փաստը:
