LIFE
Սիամական երկվորյակների ծնունդն այնքան էլ հազվագյուտ երևույթ չէ, ինչքան կարող է թվալ առաջին հայացքից։ Նույնիսկ երկու տասնյակի հասնող տեսակներ կան։ Ահավասիկ, այդ տեսակներից մի քանիսը․ իշիոպագուս (դրանց թվում են, օրինակ, Զիտան և Գիտան), պիգոպագուս (միացած են ողնաշարի ստորին հատվածում և կոնքերում՝ մեջք-մեջքի), օմֆալոպագուս (միանում են կրծքավանդակի ստորին մասում։ Սիրտը չի տուժում, բայց երկվորյակները հաճախ ունենում ընդհանուր լյարդ, մարսողական համակարգ, և այլ օրգաններ), կսիֆոպագուս (կրծքավանդակի աճառների ներաճում)։ Վերջիններիս թվին են պատկանում Ինդիանա նահանգում ծնված Սիլա և Շեյլա Օլդեսբիները։ Նորածինները շատ թույլ էին, և ծնողները չէին հավատում, որ երկու քույրերն էլ կապրեն։ Բժիշկները նրանց ողջ մնալու 5-25 տոկոս երաշխիքներ էին տալիս։ Կյանքի առաջին՝ 20 շաբաթը, մոր՝ Միսթիի խոստովանությամբ, ամենադժվարն ու սարսափելին է եղել։ Աղջիկները յոթ ամսական, անհաս ծնվեցին։ 31-րդ շաբաթում Միսթիի ճնշումը անսպասելի բարձրացավ, ու նրա վիճակը վատ էր։
Բժիշկները ստիպված եղան կեսարյան հատում անել։ Պետք է ասել, որ փոքրիկների բախտը բերել էր․ գործնականում, ամեն մեկն ուներ իր բոլոր ներքին օրգանները՝ լյարդից բացի։ Բայց Սիլան ավելի թույլ դուրս եկավ, քան քույրը։ Դեռ դա քիչ էր՝ նրա մոտ սրտի արատ հայտնաբերվեց։ Վերջերս երկուսն էլ նշեցին ծննդյան 2-րդ տարին։ 2 տարվա 15 ամիսը նրանք անցկացրել են հիվանդանոցում՝ վերականգնողական բաժանմունքում։ Բայց հիմա քույրերից ամեն մեկն առանձին լիարժեք կյանք կվարի։ «Հիվանդանոց» բառը ոչ մի տեղ չի անհետացել նրանց առօրյայից, բայց մայրիկն ասում է, որ դա աղջիկներին չի խանգարում մեծանալ որպես բոլորովին սովորական երեխաներ․ մի քիչ չարաճճի, կենսուրախ ու կայտառ։ Քույրերի զարգացման մեջ փոքր-ինչ դանդաղեցում կա, հաշվի առնելով, որ Սիլան հենց սկզբից էլ առողջական խնդիրներ ուներ։ Սակայն նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը կճանաչի իր աշխարհը, ու դա հիանալի է։ Բժիշկների համար հեշտ չէր նրանց անջատելը, և երբ վիրահատական ամբողջ փուլն ավարտվեց, Ցինցինատի կենտրոնի բժիշկների խումբը ուրախացած ու թեթևացած շունչ քաշեց։ Հուսով ենք, որ երկվորյակներն ապագայում երջանիկ, ու ամենակարևորը՝ առողջ կլինեն։ Նյութը հրապարակման պատրաստեց Bestinfo.Am-ը
