Նախարար Մկրտչյանը հանդիպել է սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչներին

Խ. Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանում շարունակվում է Հայաստանում սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման մեկամսյա ծրագիրը, որի մասնակիցներին հուլիսի 17-ին հանդիպել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ուսուցիչներին նրանց ստանձնած առաքելության՝ սփյուռքահայ գաղթօջախներում հայապահպանությանը միտված աշխատանքի համար: Ըստ նախարարի՝ այս տարի ուսուցիչների մասնակցության աշխարհագրությունը ընդլայնված է, իսկ որոշ համայնքներից՝ նաև բավականին մեծաքանակ: Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման ծրագիրը շատ հեռանկարային է, հետևաբար կարևոր է ճիշտ բանաձև գտնել՝ հայեցի կրթության հիմնահարցերը փոխանցելու սփյուռքի հայկական դպրոցներին: «Սփուռքի տարբեր համայնքներում որակապես տարբերվիճակներ են. յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր յուրահատկությունը, հետևաբար չիկարող լինել մեկ ծրագիր՝ բոլորի համար: Մեր ավանդական դպրոցականծրագրերով այլևս հնարավոր չէ չորրորդ սերնդի հայեցիդաստիարակություն իրականացնել, և հայագիտական առարկաներինկատմամբ հետաքրքրության պակասը նաև համապատասխանմեթոդոլոգիայի և ծրագրի պակասի հետևանք է»,-նշել է նախարարը՝ անդրադառնալով նաև Հայաստանում բնակվող սիրիահայ երեխաների կրթության խնդրին: Ըստ Լևոն Մկրտչյանի՝ վերջիններս ունեն ներառման խնդիր ոչ միայն լեզվական, այլ նաև աշխարհընկալման տեսանկյունից: «ՀՀ նախագահի մոտ տեղիունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում հանձնարարվել է մշակել փորձնական ծրագիր՝ արևմտահայերենի պահպանման և զարգացմանուղղությամբ: Այն ենթադրում է երկու հարթությունում աշխատանք՝ Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում: Մենք փորձելու ենք մի քանի տարվաընթացքում հասնել նրան, որ բուհական ընդունելության քննությունների մեր ծրագրերն արևմտահայերենով մատչելի լինեն սփյուռքահայերեխաներին»,-նշել է նախարարը՝ ուսուցիչներին ներկայացնելով ՀՀ կրթական համակարգում ընթացող բարեփոխումները: Լևոն Մկրտչյանը վստահեցրել է, որ ԿԳ նախարարությունը կփորձի լուծում գտնել սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների բարձրացրած բոլոր խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև կքննարկի վերապատրաստումների ձևաչափի և բովանդակության վերաբերյալ բոլոր առաջարկներն ու կարծիքները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչները, իրենց գոհունակությունը արտահայտելով ընթացող վերապատրաստումների վերաբերյալ, մի շարք հարցեր են ուղղել նախարարին: Դրանք մասնավորապես, վերաբերել են սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների միասնական առցանց հարթակ ունենալու, արևմտահայերենի պահպանման, հայոց լեզվի անաղարտության և այլ խնդիրների:
