Ռուսաց լեզվի սահմանադրական կարգավիճակի հարց Հայաստանի օրակարգում չկա. Արմեն Աշոտյանը պատասխանել է Վոլոդինին

Ազգային ժողովի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը պատասխանել է Պետդումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինի այն հայտարարությանը, որով նա Հայաստանի իշխանություններին առաջարկել է Ռուսաստանում հայկական վարորդական իրավունքների հարցը լուծելու համար ռուսերենին պետական լեզվի կարգավիճակ տալ:
«Այդ պահին Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի ղեկավարի կողմից նման գաղափարի հնչեցման պարագայում պատասխան ելույթով հանդես եմ եկել ես եւ ընդգծել եմ, որ ռուսաց լեզվի սահմանադրական կարգավիճակի հարց Հայաստանի օրակարգում չկա եւ չի նախատեսվում: Ցավում եմ, որ ռուսական որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ հատվածական են ներկայացրել քննարկման բովանդակությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանում հայկական վարորդական իրավունքների վավերական լինելուն, Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշեց, որ երկու երկրների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունները պայմանավորվել են Ռուսաստանում հայկական վարորդական իրավունքների ճանաչման հետ կապված քննարկումները շարունակել խորհրդարանական այլ ձեւաչափերով: Մասնավորապես՝ խորհրդարանական լսումների միջոցով՝ փորձելով փնտրել խնդրի լուծման ամենաօպտիմալ տարբերակաները:
ՌԴ պետդումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինն առաջարկել է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին երկրում օրենսդրորեն պաշտոնական կարգավիճակ տրամադրել ռուսերեն լեզվին, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանի տարածքում հնարավոր լինի ճանաչել հայկական վարորդական իրավունքները:
2017 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից Ռուսաստանում ուժի մեջ է մտել օտարերկրյա վարորդական իրավունք ունեցող վարորդներին ՌԴ-ի տարածքում աշխատելն արգելող օրենքը։ Հուլիսի 14-ին, Պետդուման օրենք է ընդունել, որի համաձայն՝ Ղրղզստանի, ինչպես նաեւ այլ երկրների քաղաքացիներին, որտեղ ռուսերենը պետական լեզու է, թույլատրվում է Ռուսաստանի տարածքում վարորդ աշխատել ազգային վարորդական իրավունքների հիման վրա։
