Կազմակերպված հանցավորությունը և կոռուպցիան լուսաբանող ծրագրի կայքում՝ occrp.org-ում, բացված ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովային նվիրված նախագիծը, որտեղ Միացյալ Նահանգներից և Եվրոպայից կամավորները միավորվել են Թուրքիայում և Կովկասում աշխատող թիմերի հետ ուսումնասիրություններ անելու և հոդվածներ գրելու համար, ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի ընտանիքին պատկանող 975 քառակուսի մետր տարածքով առանձնատունը, որը գտնվում է Լոնդոնում և արժե ավելի քան 25 մլն դոլար:
Տունը գտնվում է Լոնդոնի հին և հարուստ թաղամասում՝ Համփսթեդ նրբանցքում՝ բարձր դարպասների հետևում:
Կայքը նշում է, որ Լոնդոնի անշարժ գույքի շուկայում, որտեղ տան գները մոտ 26 տոկոսով աճ են գրանցել միայն 2013 և 2014 թվականներին, այս տները ֆանտաստիկ ներդրումներ են գերհարուստների:
Տունը գնվել է 1998 թվականին, երբ Ալիևն Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության՝ SOCAR-ի փոխնախագահն էր: Հայտնի չէ, թե գործարքի ժամանակ որքան է եղել տան գինը:
Տունը պատկանում է Beckforth Services Limited-ին, որն իր հերթին պատկանում է Ալիևներին և գրանցված է օֆշորային դրախտ հանդիսացող Մեն կղզում:
Կայքը նշում է, որ այսօր Ալիևի աշխատավարձը տարեկան մոտ 230 000 դոլար է, ինչը հարց է առաջացնում, թե նա ինչպես կարող էր իրեն թույլ տալ նման մեծ տուն Լոնդոնի ամենաթանկ թաղամասերից մեկում:
Ալիևը, սակայն, այժմ կարող է պնդել, որ Լոնդոնի այս տունն իրեն չի պատկանում, քանի որ Beckforth Services Limited ընկերության փաստաթղթերը ցույց են տալիս, որ նա և իր կինը՝ Մեհրիբանը, 2010 թվականին իրենց բաժնետոմսերը փոխանցել են իրենց ավագ դստերը՝ Լեյլա Ալիևային, ով այժմ միակ բաժնետերն է: Կայքը մեկ այլ հետաքրքիր փաստ է ընդգծում՝ նշելով, որ Ալիևներն օգտագործել են SOCAR-ի հասցեն որպես իրենց անձնական հասցե:
Մոտակայքում է գտնվում «Արսենալ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբի սեփականատերերից մեկի՝ Ալիշեր Ուսմանովի տունը, որը նա գնել է 2008 թվականին՝ 76 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ: Չնայած Ալիևների տան իրական արժեքը հայտնի չէ, նրանց հարևանությամբ գտնվող տունը երկու տարի առաջ արժեր 26 միլիոն դոլար: Ալիևների տան արժեքը հավանաբար զգալիորեն ավելին կլինի, քանի որ դրա վրա աշխատել է SHH ճարտարապետական ընկերությունը, որի հաճախորդների թվում են Սաուդյան Արաբիայից մեծահարուստ մի ընտանիք և նորաձևության դիզայներ Թոմ Ֆորդը:
