Նալբանդյանը ՀԱՊԿ-ին է ներկայացրել ԼՂ կարգավորման գործընթացը տապալելու Բաքվի գործողությունները

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հուլիսի 17-ին Մինսկում մասնակցեց Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստին։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը զեկուցեց կազմակերպության ընթացիկ գործունեության մասին։

Նեղ կազմով հանդիպմանը նախարարները քննարկեցին Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի 2016թ. երևանյան գագաթաժողովի որոշումների կատարման ընթացքը, ՀԱՊԿ-ում Բելառուսի նախագահության առաջնայնությունները, մտքեր փոխանակեցին գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության վրա ազդեցություն ունեցող խնդիրների, Կենտրոնական Ասիայում, Հարավային Կովկասում առկա իրավիճակի, ինչպես նաև Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների վերաբերյալ, անդրադարձան Աֆղանստանում կայունության հաստատմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվեցին ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների արտաքին քաղաքականության համադրման հարցերը, անդրադարձ արվեց ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության զարգացմանը, ահաբեկչության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարին։

Այս հարցերի շուրջ ելույթով հանդես եկավ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը։ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի առաջ մղմանն ուղղված Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինկսի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերին և դրանց ձախողման նպատակով Բաքվի գործողություններին՝ Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելուն, ռազմական սադրանքներին, դրանց հետևանքով իրավիճակի սրմանը։

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը գործընկրներին ներկայացրեց Սիրիայում զարգացումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի տեսակետը, մեր երկրում ապաստանած փախստականներին ցուցաբերվող աջակցության ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև Սիրիայի ժողովրդին հայկական հումանիտար օգնության տրամադրման մանրամասները։ Այս համատեքստում նախարար Նալբանդյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ հայաստանյան օգնությունը Սիրիա առաքելու հարցում օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համար:

Նիստին մտքեր փոխանակվեցին ՀԱՊԿ-ի ու միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային այլ կազմակերպությունների միջև համագործակցության շուրջ։

Նախարարները համատեղ հայտարարություններ ընդունեցին՝ Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով համատեղ միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ և Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ազատամարտիկների հիշատակի պղծման անթույլատրելիության մասին։
