ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ  քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու և իշխանությունը չարաշահելու դեպքեր:  Զորամասի դիվիզիոնի շտաբի պետը՝ կոչումով մայոր, կալանավորվել է։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 1985թ. ծնված Ա.Պեպանյանը, 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերից  մինչև 2016 թվականի հունիս ամիսը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի դիվիզիոնի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը,  իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում, նույն դիվիզիոնի ժամկետային զինծառայողի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար, այն է` 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին զորամասի հրամանատարի կողմից կարճաժամկետ արձակուրդ հատկացնելուն միջնորդելու համար, պահանջել է 40.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք։ Պահանջված գումարը, Ա.Պեպանյանի առաջարկով, զինծառայողի մայրը 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին փոխանցել է նույն դիվիզիոնի մեկ այլ ժամկետային զինծառայողի կողմից օգտագործվող բանկային քարտի հաշվեհամարին: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև մայորի կողմից դրամահավաքություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ. 2015 թվականի հունվարից մինչև 2016թ. մայիսը, իր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող դիվիզիոնի ժամկետային զինծառայողների շրջանում յուրաքանչյուր ամիս սանհիգիենիկ պարագաներ գնելու, դիվիզիոնում շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարելու և այլ պատճառաբանություններով կազմակերպել և իրականացրել է դրամական բավարարումների` 1000-ից մինչև 3400-ական դրամի չափով հավաքագրում:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Ա.Պեպանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
