Ինչու՞ չի կարելի խառնել ալկոհոլը դեղամիջոցների հետ

Բժիշկները մեկնաբանել են, թե ինչու չի կարելի խառնել ալկոհոլը դեղամիջոցների հետ: Նրանք ընդգծում են, որ հետևանքները կարող են չսահմանափակվել միայն ստամոքսի սպազմով, կարող  են առաջանալ ավելի «տխուր» հետևանքներ:   Ալկոհոլի հետ միասին դեղամիջոցների ընդունումը առաջացնում է մի խումբ անցանկալի կողմնակի ազդեցությունները՝ կախված դեղամիջոցների տեսակներից, օրգանիզմի վրա նրանց ազդեցությունից  և քանակից: Եթե ալկոհոլն ու դեղամիջոցները օրգանիզմի վրա ազդում են համարյա նույն կերպ, ապա նրանցից մեկը կարող է կտրուկ մեծացնել մյուսի ազդեցությունը, իսկ եթե նրանք տարբեր կերպ են ազդում օրգանիզմի վրա, ապա ալկոհոլը կարող է դեղամիջոցի ազդեցությունը չեզոքացնել: Որոշակի դեղամիջոցներ, հատկապես հազի դեմ նախատեսված օշարակներն ու լուծողականները 10%-ով բաղկացած են ալկոհոլից: Այդ ամենի արդյունքում օրգանիզմի վրա ալկոհոլի ընդհանուր ծանրաբեռնվածությունն ավելանում է: Ցավազրկողների հետ համատեղ ալկոհոլի ընդունումը բարձրացնում է աղեստամոքսային համակարգի վնասման հավանականությունը: Առաջանում են ստամոքսի սպազմներ, սրտխառնոց և փսխում: Մեծանում է ներքին արնահոսության հավանականությունը: Եթե դուք ընդունում եք հակաբիոտիկներ և դեղամիջոցներ շաքարային դիաբետի կամ ՄԻԱՎ / ՁԻԱՀ-ի բուժման դեմ, ապա նրանց ազդեցությունը կարող է զգալիորեն նվազել:Կարող են առաջանալ ստամոքսի ցավեր, շարժողական ֆունկցաիանների խանգարում, հիշողության հետ կապված խնդիրներ, սրտխառնոց և սպազմեր ստամոքսում: Ալկոհոլի և դեղամիջոցների համատեղ օգտագործելը հատկապես վտանգավոր է հղիների և  60 տարեկանից բարձր մարդկանց համար, քանի որ նրանց մոտ վնասակար կողմնակի ազդեցությունների առաջացման հավանականությունն ավելի բարձր է:
