Սուրեն Կարայանին են ներկայացվել Սյունիքի մարզի տնտեսական ծրագրերը

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը հուլիսի 14-16-ը աշխատանքային այցով Սյունիքում էր՝ ծանոթանալու մարզի տնտեսական և զբոսաշրջային ծրագրերին։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախարար Կարայանն այցելել է «Սյունիք ֆուդ» ընկերության շինհրապարակ։ Նախարարի գլխավորած աշխատանքային խումբը ծանոթացել է արտադրամասի շինարարական աշխատանքներին և քննարկել ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքը։ Ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Սարմեն Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը ձեռք է մեկնել իրենց ծրագրին և պետության կողմից տրված արտոնությունը մեծապես օգնել է ծրագրին։ Գործարարը նշել է, որ գործարանի շինարարական աշխատանքները կավարտվեն երկու ամսից՝ սկսելով պահածոների արտադրությունը։

Սուրեն Կարայանը ընթացքում այցելել է նաև Սյունիքի Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու շինհրապարակ՝ ծանոթանալու ծրագրի ընթացքին։ Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարին են ներկայացվել ազատ տնտեսական գոտու հատակագիծը, ենթակառուցվածքները և շինարակական աշխատանքների մանրամասները։ Նախարարը և Մեղրու մաքսակետի ղեկավարությունը Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու կազմակերպիչների հետ քննարկել են ծրագրի իրականացման փուլերը և ժամկետները։ Սուրեն Կարայանը նաև ծանոթացել է Մեղրու մաքսակետում իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկներին տրամադրվող տեղեկատվական նյութերին, զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսքի վերաբերյալ տվյալներին:

Նախարար Կարայանի օրակարգում էր նաև այցը Մեղրու պահածոների գործարան:  Գործարանի տնօրեն Գրիշա Գրիգորյանը նախարարի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ արտադրամասը կրկնապատկել է արտահանման ծավալները նախորդ տարվա համեմատ։ Գործարարի խոսքով՝ պետության՝ «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպության կողմից տրամադրված վարկը և պետական սուբսիդավորումը էապես օգնել են բիզնեսին ոտքի կանգնել և ընդլայնվել, իսկ խնայողություններն ուղղվում են գործարանի վերազինմանը։ Գրիշա Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ ավելացել են նաև արտահանման ուղղությունները՝ ԱՄՆ, Կանադա, Ռուսաստան, Ուկրաինա։

Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը Սյունիքում քննարկել է նաև մարզի թեթև արդյունաբերության ներուժը։ Նախարարը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Գորիսի, Կապանի և Խնձորեսկի թեթև արդյունաբերության ձեռնարկությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Սուրեն Կարայանը վերջիններիս հետ քննարկել է զարգացման ծրագրերը և պետության օժանդակության ձևաչափը։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ առկա հզորություններով միայն թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտում Սյունիքի մարզում հնարավոր է 1000-1500 լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղ ստեղծել։ Նախարարը հավելել է, որ կառավարությունը հետամուտ կլինի մարզի թեթև  արդյունաբերության ծրագրերի խթանմանն ու զարգացմանը։
