Գերմանացի պատգամավորների այցը Թուրքիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբազա արգելելու փաստը զայրացրել է Մերկելին

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը «զայրացնող» է որակել պաշտոնական Անկարայի նոր որոշումը, որով արգելվել է գերմանացի պատգամավորներին այցելել թուրքական Քոնյայում գտնվող ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբազա: Այս մասին հայտնում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն:

Կանցլերը հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ քաղաքական առևտուր անելու մասին խոսք գնալ չի կարող: Նա ընդգծել է, որ չի կարելի այցելության հարցը խառնել այլ թեմաների հետ:

Մերկելը բացառել է զիջումների գնալու հավանականությունը՝ հանուն գերմանացի պատգամավորների Քոնյայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբազա այցելելու իրավունքի: «Անկարայից նման պահանջներ դեռևս չեն ստացվել, սակայն լինելու պարագայում էլ կտրականապես մերժվելու են»,- ասել է Գերմանիայի կանցլերը՝ նշելով, որ չեն պատրաստվում նախապայմաններ ընդունել թուրքական կողմից:

Թուրքիան արգելել է գերմանացի պատգամավորներին այցելել թուրքական Քոնյայում գտնվող ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբազա: Գերմանացի պատգամավորները պատրաստվում էին հուլիսի 17-ին այցելել Քոնյայում ծառայող գերմանացի զինվորներին, սակայն Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից զանգահարել և հայտնել են, որ այդ այցը չեղյալ է համարվել:

Բունդեսթագի պաշտպանության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վոլֆգանգ Հելմիխը նշել է, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ պաշտոնական Անկարայի նման որոշումը պայմանավորված է թուրք-գերմանական հարաբերություններում առկա վերջին լարվածությամբ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները, ավելի վաղ արգելելով գերմանացի պատգամավորներին այցելել Ինջիրլիքի թուրքական ռազմաբազայում ծառայող զինվորներին, նշել էին, որ փոխարենը պատգամավորները կարող են գնալ Քոնյայի ռազմաբազա: «Ինջիրլիքը թուրքական ռազմաբազա է, իսկ Քոնյայի ռազմաբազան ՆԱՏՕ-ինն է»,- ասել էր փոխվարչապետ Նուման Քուրթուլմուշը:

Գերմանիայի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունները լարվեցին այն բանից հետո, ինչ թուրքական կողմը արգելեց Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորներին այցելել Ինջիրլիքում գտնվող գերմանացի զինվորներին: Պաշտոնական Անկարան որոշումը պայմանավորեց նրանով, որ Գերմանիան չի կատարում իրենց պահանջն ու չի հանձնում այդ երկրում գտնվող գյուլենականներին և Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) անդամներին:

Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զիգմար Գաբրիելը  հունիսի 5-ին մեկնել էր Թուրքիա՝ հանդիպելու գործընկերոջ՝ Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի հետ և վերջին անգամ քննարկելու գերմանացի պատգամավորների այցն Ինջիրլիք թույլ տալու հարցը: Չավուշօղլուն, սակայն, բացասական պատասխան էր տվել՝ նշելով, որ պատճառը պաշտոնական Բեռլինի դիրքորոշումն է Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) և գյուլենականների նկատմամբ: Նման հայտարարությունից հետո Գաբրիելն ասել էր, որ իրենք այլընտրանք չունեն, քան զինվորներին Ինջիրլիքից այլ ռազմաբազա տեղափոխելը:

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը պատգամավորների ձայների մեծամասնությամբ հունիսի 22-ին որոշում էր ընդունել հետ կանչել իր զինվորներին թուրքական Ինջիրլիքի ռազմաբազայից: Որոշման օգտին էր քվեարկել 569 պատգամավորից 461-ը, դեմ՝ 85-ը, իսկ 23 պատգամավոր ձեռնպահ է մնացել:

Այդպիսով պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ գերմանական բանակն իր զինվորներին դուրս է բերում ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրի ռազմաբազայից և տեղափոխում մեկ այլ՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ չհանդիսացող երկրի՝ Հորդանանի ռազմաբազա:
