1․Հեշտ չի լինելու

Եթե մարդը, ում մասին դուք հոգ եք տարել, զգացմունքային տեսակետից վատ հարաբերությունների փորձառություն է ունեցել, ուրեմն դուք պետք է համբերությամբ զինվեք։ 
Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ուսումնասիրեք վատ հարաբերությունների հոգեբանական ներգործությունը տվյալ մարդու վրա։ Իմանալով դա՝ դուք կարող եք համարել, որ անցել եք խնդրի լուծման ճանապարհի կեսը։

2. Բառերը կարեւոր չեն

Նրանք, ում սիրտը «փակված է», արդեն բավականաչափ քաղցր բառեր են լսել։ Հարցրեք նրանց, ովքեր հարաբերոթյուններ են ունեցել ինքնասիրահարված կամ մեկուսի կենսակերպ վարող կերպարների հետ։ Բառերը գրեթե անիմաստ են։ 
Դա չի նշանակում, որ դուք պետք է գրաքննության ենթարկեք ձեր ասած բոլոր բառերը։ Պարզապես մտածեք, թե որքանով իմաստ ունի այս կամ այն բառն ասելը։

3. Կարեւորը արարքներն են

Ռալֆ Ուոլդո Էմերսոնն ասել է. «Ձեր գործողությունները խոսում են այնքան բարձր, որ ես լսում եմ, թե ինչ եք դուք ասում»։ 
Եթե սիրում եք մեկին, ում սիրտը փակ է, ձեր սերը նրան ցույց տվեք սեփական արարքներով։ Խոսեք անկեղծ, հակառակ դեպքում՝ բառերն անիմաստ են։

4. Մի հանձնվեք

Նա, ում սիրտը փակ է, ակնկալում է, որ դուք շուտով կհրաժարվեք իրենից։ Դա մերժման, չարաշահման ու քամահրանքի դասերի հետեւանքն է։ Եթե իրոք սիրում եք մարդուն՝ պետք է գտնեք անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ ձեր սերը ապացուցելու համար։ 
Շատերի համար հարաբերություններում ամենակարեւորը անկեղծությունն է։ Բազմաթիվ չնախատեսված խնդիրներ փորձության են ենթարկելու ձեր վճռականությունը, համբերությունն ու զգացմունքները։ 
Բայց պետք չէ ձեզ մեղադրել նման հարաբերությունների խզման համար։ Սիրել մեկին, ում սիրտը փակ է, դժվար գործ է։ Պարզապես ձեզ մեղավոր մի համարեք նրա հետ տեղի ունեցածի համար։ Եղեք զգույշ, անկեղծ ու հասարակ։ 
Ասացեք, որ հոգ եք տանում նրա մասին ու որ նա արժանի է լավագույնին, ինչ կարող է նրան առաջարկել կյանքը։

5. Անկեղծ եղեք

Իմանալով այն մասին, որ ձեր սիրելի անձնավորությունը փակ սիրտ ունի, ձեր կողմից ամենապատասխանատու ու ազնիվ արարքը կլինի ամեն ինչում անկեղծ լինելը։ Ոչ մի քաղցր սուտ ու ոչ մի խորամանկություն։
