Երեւանի Ավան եւ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամների եւ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների միջեւ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի փաստով ՀՔԾ-ում  հարուցված քրեական գործով Արեգ Կյուրեղյանը տուժող է ճանաչվել: Այս մասին  լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Սասնա ծռերի» պաշտպաններից Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:  Նույն գործով տուժող են ճանաչվել նաեւ Արայիկ Խանդոյանը՝ («Միայնակ գայլ») եւ Մխիթար Ավետիսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի Ավան եւ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի խցում «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամներ Արայիկ Խանդոյանը, Արեգ Կյուրեղյանը, Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը եւ Մխիթար Ավետիսյանը ծեծի էին ենթարկվել: Պաշտպաններն ահազանգել էին, որ իրենց պաշտպանյալները մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել: Ավելի ուշ ՀՔԾ-ում քրեական գործ հարուցվեց, ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, դատարանում ամբաստանյալներին ծեծի ենթարկելու օպերացիան ղեկավարել է փոխգնդապետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը:
