11 բան առողջության մասին, որ կարող են պատմել եղունգները

Եղունգները խնամելու համար մենք բավական շատ ժամանակ և միջոցներ ենք ծախսում։ Սակայն դրանք ոչ միայն էսթետիկական նշանակություն ունեն։ Ըստ եղունգների տեսքի՝ կարելի է դատողություններ անել առողջության մասին։ Adme.ru-ն ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ կարող են պատմել եղունգները մեր առողջության մասին։ 1. Սպիտակ հետքեր։ Հավանական պատճառը վնասվածքն է։ Սրանք առողջության համար վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում և սովորաբար առաջանում են փոքր վնասվածքների դեպքում։ Այլ դեպքերում դրանք կարող են վկայել վիտամինների անբավարար քանակի մասին։ 2. Հորիզոնական սպիտակ գծեր։ Հորիզոնական գծերը կարող են առաջանալ եղունգի վնասվելու, ինչպես նաև՝ ցինկի և կալցիումի անբավարար քանակի հետևանքով։ Առավել հազվադեպ դեպքերում դրանք կարող են վկայել այնպիսի հիվանդությունների մասին, ինչպիսիք են պսորիազն ու դիաբետը։ Այդ դեպքում դուք կնկատեք հորիզոնական գծեր մի քանի եղունգների վրա միաժամանակ։ 3. Ուղղահայաց ակոսներ։ Սա կուտիկուլայի կամ եղունգի հիմքի վնասման հետևանք է, ինչպես նաև կարող է վկայել վիտամին B12-ի, ցինկի և մագնեզիումի անբավարար քանակի մասին։ 50 տարեկանից մեծ անձանց դեպքում սրանց հայտնվելը նորմալ երևույթ է, քանի որ մեր եղունգները ծերանում են նույն կերպ, ինչ դեմքը։ 4. Դեղին եղունգներ։ Եղունգների դեղնության ամենահաճախ հանդիպող պատճառները ծխելն ու ակրիլով լիցք անելն է։ Հազվադեպ դեպքերում սա կարող է վկայել սնկի, վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդության, դիաբետի, ռեսպիրատոր հիվանդությունների առկայության մասին։ 5. Սպիտակ եղունգներ։ Եթե եղունգներն անսպասելիորեն սպիտակել են, դա կարող է սկսվող հեպատիտի կամ այլ խնդիրների նշան լինել։ 6. Կապտագույն եղունգներ։ Սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմը թթվածնի պակաս ունի։ Սա կարող է կապված լինել թոքերի խնդիրների հետ։ Եթե այսպիսի խնդիր եք նկատել, հարկավոր է դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը։ 7. Անհարթություններ։ Այս խնդիրը կարող է առաջանալ չհավասարակշռված սննդակարգի, հարդարման ընթացքում վնասվելու և նույնիսկ սթրեսի արդյունքում։ Հազվադեպ դեպքերում սա կարող է վկայել պսորիազի կամ արթրիտի մասին։ Այս դեպքում եղունգը դառնում է թափանցիկ, իսկ մաշկը՝ կարմիր-շագանակագույն։ 8. Փխրուն եղունգներ։ Ինքներս ենք մեղավոր, եթե եղունգները, չհասած մատների ծայրին, ջարդվում են։ Եթե նման խնդիր ունեք, խորհուրդ է տրվում սպասքը լվանալիս ձեռնոցներ օգտագործել, քիչ օգտագործել լաքը մաքրող միջոցներ։ Հազվադեպ դեպքերում եղունգները փխրուն են դառնում վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդության, A, B, C վիտամինների անբավարար քանակի հետևանքով։ 9. Մուգ գծեր եղունգների վրա։ Սրանք կարող են առաջանալ ամենատարբեր պատճառներով, այդ թվում՝ մեխանիկական վնասվածքների, նյութափոխանակության հետ կապված խնդիրների հետևանքով։ Որոշ ազգերի դեպքում այսպիսի գծերի առկայությունը նորմալ է՝ կապված մաշկի պիգմենտավորման հետ։ Կարող են լինել նաև դեպքեր, երբ սրանց առաջացումը կապված է մելանոմայի հետ։ Այդ պատճառով էլ գերադասելի է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ։ 10. Գդալի նման եղունգներ։ Սա վկայում է օրգանիզմում երկաթի անբավարար քանակի, կամ հակառակը՝ դրա հավելյալ քանակի մասին։ Եղունգի այսպիսի ձևը կարող է փոխանցվել նաև ժառանգականորեն։ Երեխաների դեպքում այսպիսի եղունգների առկայությունը նորմալ է՝ կապված օրգանիզմի ձևավորման հետ։ Դպրոցական տարիներին արդեն, ճիշտ սնվելու դեպքում եղունգները պետք է ուղղվեն։ 11. Շագանակագույն բծեր։ Եթե եղունգը մեխանիկական վնասվածք չի ստացել, ապա այս բծերի առկայությունը կարող է վկայել էնդոկարդիտի առկայության մասին։
