Ինչ գիտենք մենք կայծակի մասին միֆեր և իրականություն

Մենք հաճախ լսում են տեղեկություններ կայծակի և ամպրոպների մասին, չիմանալով անգամ, որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Գիտնականները վաղուց արդեն պարզել են դրանցից մի քանիսի ճշտությունը:

 

Միֆ 1. Փայլակը կայծակի լիովին անվտանգ տեսակ է, որն առաջանում է ուժեղ շոգից հետո:

Իրականություն. Փայլակն իրականում կայծակից հետո երևացող կարճատև լուսային երևույթն է: Դրա ժամանակ կայծակի մեծ հեռավորության պատճառով լուսավորվող ամպերը չեն երևում այդ պատճառով էլ լի լսվում որոտը:

 

Միֆ 2. Եթե կայծակը հարվածել է մարդուն, ապա վերջինիս դիպչել չի կարելի, քանի որ բարձր լարման տակ է գտնվում:

Իրականություն. Կայծակից տուժածները չեն համարվում էլեկտրականության կրողներ, և նրանց ինչ-ինչ միջոցներով հարկավոր է օգնություն ցուցաբերել:

 

 

Միֆ 3. Եթե անձրև չի գալիս, ապա կայծակը ոչ մի վտանգ չի ներկայացնում իրենից:

Իրականություն. Կայծակները կարող են առաջանալ որոտային տեղատարափների էպիկենտրոնից մինչև 16 կմ հեռավորության վրա, և դա չի նշանակում, որ դրանք պակաս վտանգավոր են դառնում:

 

 

Միֆ 4. Եթե կայծակի ժամանակ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ եք գտնվում, ապա Ձեզ վտանգ չի սպառնում ռետինե մեկուսացման շնորհիվ:

Իրականություն. Կայծակը կարող է հարվածել 1 սմ-ին 2-3 հզ վոլտ ուժգնությամբ, որը բավական է ռետինե մակերևույթից անցնելու համար: Ի դեպ,  կայակի հարվածելու տարածքը կարող է հասնել 3-4 մետրի:

 

 

Միֆ 5. Կայծակը երկու անգամ նույն տեղը չի զարկում:

Իրականություն. Վիճակագրությունն ասում է, որ զարկում է, և ոչ միայն երկու, այլ նաև ավելի անգամներ: Օրինակ՝ Նյու Յորքի Էմփայր-Սեյթ-Բիլդինգի կառույցին կայծակը հարվածում է տարեկան 20-100 անգամ: Գրանցվել է նաև դեպք, երբ Օկլահոմա-Սիթիի երկնաքերերից մեկին կայծակը հարվածել է 10 րոպեում 4 անգամ:

 

 

Միֆ 6. Եթե կայծակի կամ մոտեցող ամպրոպի ժամանակ գտնվում եք նավակի մեջ, ապա ավելի լավ է դեպի ափ գնաք:

Իրականություն. Իհարկե, շատ լավ կլինի, եթե դանդաղորեն ափ հասնեք, սակայն որոշ մասնագետներ պնդում են, որ գետերի ափերը քարքարոտ կամ թփաշատ են, ապա դրանք առավել մեծ վտանգ կարող են իրենցից ներկայացնել:

 

 

Միֆ 7. Եթե թաքնվեք քարանձավում, ապա Ձեզ վտանգ չի սպառնա:

Իրականություն. Եթե քարանձավը շատ փոքր է կամ դրանում մետաղական օգտակար հանածոներ կան, ապա Դուք իսկապես գտնվում եք վտանգավոր գոտում:

 

 

Միֆ 8. Մետաղը ձգում է կայծակին, այդ իսկ պատճառով կայծակի ժամանակ չի կարելի կրել մետաղական զարդեր:

Իրականություն. Մի օդերևութաբան ասել է, որ մինչև 150 կմ բարձրության վրա գտնվող էլեկտրական լարումը դժվար թե վնասի Ձեր ականջօղերը կամ թևնոցը:

 

 

Միֆ 9. Կառույցներում տեղադրված շանթարգելները ձգում են կայծակը:

Իրականություն. Շանթարգելները ոչ թե ձգում, այլ կանգնեցնում են կայծակի հարվածները:

 

 

Միֆ 10. Կայծակը հարվածում է ամենաբարձր կետին:

Իրականություն. Հարյուրավոր դեպքեր են գրանցվել, երբ բարձր կառույցներին հարվածելու փոխարեն կայծակները զարկել են կողքում աճող ծառերին կամ ավտոկայաններին:
