Երկու անպատասխան հարց

Անցնող շաբաթը նշանավորվեց ավելի վաղ հնչած հարցերին Սերժ Սարգսյանի պատասխան հայտարարություններով:
Առաջին հարցը՝ նախորդ ամիս Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանը հայտարարեց Հայաստանի էներգետիկայում 8 միլիարդ ներդրման հնարավորության մասին: Այդ առաջարկը այդպես էլ մնաց առանց կոնկրետ պատասխանի: Ուրբաթ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրավիրեց խորհրդակցություն հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցության թեմայով, բայց այդպես էլ չպատասխանեց հուզող հարցին՝ պատրա՞ստ է Հայաստանը ընդունել ԱՄՆ 8 միլիարդ ներդրումը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, որ էներգետիկ ոլորտում ամերիկյան ընկերությունները կարող են հետեւել Որոտանի հիդրոկասկադի օրինակին (թեեւ դա այնքան էլ հաջող օրինակ չէ. ամերիկյան ընկերությունը դժվարությամբ ավարտեց Որոտանի կասկադը ձեռք բերելու գործարքը եւ մինչ այժմ չի կարողանում հասնել շուկայի ապամենաշնորհացմանն ու ազատականացմանը-հեղ.):
Սերժ Սարգսյանն ակնարկեց, որ ներդրումների ներուժը ոչ թե էներգետիկայում է, այլ ՏՏ ոլորտում: Այդպիսով նա սահուն կերպով փոխեց սլաքներն էներգետիկայից (որտեղ դե ֆակտո գերիշխող դիրք ունեն ռուսական ընկերությունները) ավելի «հայկական» ՏՏ ոլորտ:
Երկրորդ հարցը՝ հրաժարվե՞լ է Հայաստանը բանակցության վերսկսման պայմանից: Նալբանդյան-Մամեդյարով հանդիպումից հետո Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը առաջադրում էր նախապայման, բայց Ադրբեջանը մերժել է դրանք, եւ Հայաստանը ստիպված է սկսել բանակցությունը առանց նախապայմանի: Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը որպես բանակցության վերսկսման պայման առաջ է քաշել շփման գծում հրադադարի պահպանման միջազգային մեխանիզմի ներդրումը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը Տավուշ այցի ընթացքում չանդրադարձավ այդ թեմային: Դրա փոխարեն պաշտոնական աղբյուրները տարածեցին նրա հայտարարությունը Իսկանդեր համալիրների ավերիչ ուժի եւ դրանք արձակելու հրամանի իր պատրաստակամության մասին:
Նշանակու՞մ է դա արդյոք, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը «փոխարինել» է զսպման միջազգային մեխանիզմները Իսկանդերներով:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը Տավուշ կատարած այցի ընթացքում նաեւ հարցազրույց է տվել Արմենիա ՀԸ Ռ-Էվոլյուցիա հաղորդաշարին, որը եթեր է հեռարձակվելու հուլիսի 16-ի երեկոյան: Հարցազրույցի բովանդակությունը մինչ այդ չի հրապարակվել եւ հայտնի է միայն, որ այն հիմնականում վերաբերել է անվտանգության խնդիրներին ու ղարաբաղյան գործընթացին: Արդյո՞ք մեխանիզմների հարցում հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշմանը Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է այդ հարցազրույցի ընթացքում:
