Ինչու է օրգանիզմը տարիքի հետ ավելի վատ ընդունում ալկոհոլը

Սովորաբար տարիքի հետ մարդկանց օրգանիզմն ավելի վատ է ընդունում ալկոհոլը և հաջորդ օրն առաջանում են տհաճ հետևանքներ: Բացի այդ, խումարն ավելի ու ավելի ծանր է դառնում, սակայն այս ամենի մեջ ոչ մի զարմանալի բան չկա:   Երիտասարդ մարդու օրգանիզմը մի բաժակ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքը մարսում է մոտ երկու ժամում, սակայն տարիքի հետ իմունային համակարգը թուլանում է, հորմոններն ու զանազան ֆերմենտներն աստիճանաբար ավելի քիչ են արտադրվում և օրգանիզմի համար շատ դժվար է լինում նույնիսկ ալկոհոլի փոքր չափաբաժինը յուրացնելը:Արդյունքում՝ ալկոհոլային թունավորումն ավելի երկար է տևում, իսկ խումարի ախտանշանները դառնում են ավելի ուժգին: Բացի այդ, տարիների ընթացքում հաճախ ավելորդ կիլոգրամներ են կուտակվում, ինչը նույնպես բացասաբար է ազդում օրգանիզմի առողջության վրա: Սա հատկապես վտանգավոր է կանանց դեպքում: Սա է պատճառը, որ ավելորդ քաշ ունեցող կանայք շատ ավելի շուտ են արբում, քան տղամարդիկ և նույնիսկ նիհար կանայք: Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ հասուն տարիքում հաճախ օրգանիզմում լինում է հեղուկի պակաս, իսկ որքան քիչ է ջուրը, այնքան բարձր է արյան մեջ ալկոհոլի մակարդակը: Այս ամենի հետևանքով ալկոհոլի այն չափաբաժինը, որն ընդունելի էր 30 տարեկանում, 50-ից հետո վերածվում է թույնի:   Ալկոհոլի չարաշահման հետևանքով կարող են առաջանալ «մի փունջ» հիվանդություններ: Այդ հիվանդությունները հանգեցնում են դեպրեսիաների և նմանատիպ այլ խանգարումների առաջացման, ինչի հետևանքով մարդիկ սկսում են «բուժվել» ալկոհոլով: Ստացվում է անելանելի իրավիճակ, ուստի ժամանակին այդ վատ սովորությունից հրաժարվելը շատ մեծ նշանակություն ունի: Անհրաժեշտ է հասկանալ, որ եթե ինքնուրույն կանգ առնել ոչ մի կերպ չի հաջողվում, ապա հարկավոր է դիմել համապատասխան մասնագետի օգնությանը:
