SPORTԼոս Անջելեսում հավաքը շարունակող «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդն» առաջին ընկերական հանդիպումն է անցկացրել ԱՄՆ-ում: Անգլիական ակումբը մրցել է «Լոս Անջելես Գելաքսիի» հետ եւ առավելության հասել 5:2 հաշվով:
«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդը» հանդես է եկել 2 տարեբեր կազմերով, իսկ Հայաստանի հավաքականի կիսապաշտպան Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը փոխարինման է դուրս եկել ընդմիջմանը եւ դարձել գոլի հեղինակ: 56-րդ րոպեին Մխիթարյանը հաշիվը դարձրել է 4:0:
«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդի» նորեկներ Ռոմելու Լուկական ու Վիկտոր Լինդելյոֆը եւս մասնակցել են երկրորդ խաղակեսին՝ նորամուտը նշելով անգլիական ակումբում: Սա Ժոզե Մոուրինյոյի թիմի առաջին խաղն էր արձակուրդից հետո:
