Միանշանակ է, որ Հայաստանը հայաստանցիներով չի կարող դուրս գալ ներկայիս վիճակից: Միակ ելքը սփյուռքում պետք է լինի: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հոգևոր Հայաստանի» նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ, Իտալիայում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Ռուբեն Կարապետյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ 2016 թ. սեպտեմբերին «Հոգևոր Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադիր համաժողովից հետո այս ընթացքում անցկացվել է ևս երկու համաժողով, ինչպես նաև այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում «Հայք» համաhայկական ծրագրի կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ: Կարապետյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ «Հայք» ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի ինստիտուցիոնալացնել ամբողջ հայության ներուժը:
«Փնտրում ենք ինչ կարելի է անել, որպեսզի Հայաստանն այս վիճակից դուրս գա: Այն առողջ ուժերը, այն մարդիկ, ովքեր մտածում են իրենց երկրի մասին, պետք է տեր կանգնեն, ոչ թե միայն որպես տուրիստ գան նկարվեն և գնան: Հայաստանը այսպես երկար չի դիմանա: Եվ մենք այն կարծիքին ենք, որ Հայաստանը հայաստանցիներով չի կարող դուրս գալ ներկայիս վիճակից»,- նշեց Կարապետյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ «Հոգևոր Հայաստանն» առաջիկայում ծրագրում է տարբեր գործողություններ իրականացնել, բայց դրա մասին դեռ վաղ է բարձրաձայնել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016 թ. սեպտեմբերին տեղի է ունեցավ «Հոգևոր Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադիր համաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էին հասարակական գործիչներ, կոմպոզիտորներ, պատմաբաններ, մտավորականներ, քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ: «Հոգևոր Հայաստան» գործունեությունն ուղղված է Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելուն:
Ռուբեն Կարապետյանը չցանկացավ պատասխանել ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող հարցերի, մասնավորապես՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը վերաբերող հարցերի՝ ասելով. «Հինգ տարի է անընդհատ խոսում եմ սխալների և այն քայլերի մասին, որոնք պետք է արվեն, բայց ապարդյուն: Հիմա միայն այն ժամանակ կխոսեմ, երբ լուրջ ասելիք կլինի»,- նշեց նա:
Ռուբեն Կարապետյանը նաև Վարդան Օսկանյանի «Համախմբում» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ է, բայց այս թեմայով «առավելևս» չցանկացավ խոսել:
