Ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցները կարող են անդրադառնալ Ադրբեջանի նավթի արդյունահանության վրա

Հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների խստացման մասին ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսում պատրաստված օրինագիծը կարող է ազդել նաեւ Շահդենիզ ադրբեջանական հանքավայրի մշակման ու այնտեղ արդյունահանված գազը Եվրոպա տեղափոխելու վրա։ Այս մասին գրում է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի՝ կասպյան էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների հարցերով նախկին հատուկ դեսպան, Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ նախկին դեսպան Ռիչարդ Մորնինգսթարը The Hill-ի համար իր հոդվածում, փոխանցում է haqqin.az-ը։

«Չնայած հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների ընդլայնումը անկասկած արդարացի է, սակայն քննարկվող օրինագիծը կարող է ակամա վնասել նաեւ ԱՄՆ ռազմավարությանը՝ դիվերսիֆիկացնել Եվրոպա գազի մատակարարումները ու նվազեցնել կախումը ռուսական գազից»,- գրում է Մորնինգսթարը՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցները կարող են տարածվել ցանկացած էներգետիկ նախագծի վրա, որում կա ռուսական ընկերության մասնակցություն։ Իսկ դա սպառնում է «Հարավային գազի միջանցք» նախագծին, քանի որ «ԼՈՒԿՕՅԼը» «Շահդենիզ-2» նախագծի բաժնետոմսերի 10 տոկոսի սեփականատերն է։»Եվրոպայի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ամրապնդումը, ռուսական գազից նրա կախումը նվազեցնելը երկար ժամանակ եղել է ԱՄՆ քաղաքականության հիմնական նպատակը։ Այդ քաղաքականության գլխավոր ուղղություններից մեկն է «Շահդենիզ» հանքավայրի մշակումն ու դրա հետ կապված գազատարների աջակցությունը, որոնք ամրապնդում են տարածաշրջանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը։ Սակայն պատժամիջոցների մասին օրենքի կիրառման դեպքում «Հարավային գազի միջանցքը», որը գազ է մատակարարելու Եվրոպա , կարող է լուրջ հարվածի տակ հայտնվել»,- գրում է նախկին դեսպանը։

Նրա կարծիքով հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների խստացման մասին նոր օրինագիծը կարող է արդյունավետ լինել, եթե չվնասի «Հարավային գազի միջանցքին»։ Մորնինգսթարը առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ անել օրինագծում, որպեսզի այդ սահմանափակումները չազդեն «Շահդենիզի» վրա։
