Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի ներսում ներկայումս առկա լարվածության պատճառը քրդական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների կողմից մշտապես «Քուրդիստան» տերմինի շահարկումն է։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ թուրքագետ Մուշեղ Խուդավերդյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ վերջին ամիսներին Թուրքիան արտաքին և ներքին ճգնաժամերի առաջ է կանգնած։ Նրա խոսքով՝ բացի այն, որ թուրք-քրդական բախումներն են սրվել, ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները նոր սրացման փուլում են։ Թուրքագետի պնդմամբ՝ վերջին ամիսներին հաճախակիացել են անգամ վիրավորանքները պատգամավորների միջև։
Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում հայտնված՝ «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն» և «Քուրդիստան» եզրույթների օգտագործումն արգելող օրինագծի վերաբերյալ թուրքագետն ընդգծեց, որ նախագիծը շատ նման է Թուրքիայի սահմանադրության 301 հոդվածին, որն արգելում է այնպիսի արտահայտություններ, որոնք վիրավորում են թուրքական ազգը:
Թուրքագետը նկատեց, որ թուրք ազգայնականների համար շատ մեծ խնդիր է հայազգի պատգամավորների կողմից «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթի օգտագործումը։ Այդ է պատճառը, որ որոշում է կայացվել երկու եզրույթներն օգտագործելն արգելող օրինագիծ մշակել։
«Օրինագիծն ամբողջությամբ մշակված է և շուտով մուտք կգործի թուրքական խորհրդարան։ Եվրոպական կառույցներն արդեն իսկ արձագանքել են օրինագծին՝ նշելով, որ այն մի քանի քայլ հետ է ժողովրդավարական նորմերից։ Այդպիսով, դա շատ կվնասի Թուրքիա-ԵՄ հարաբերություններին»,- ընդգծեց Խուդավերդյանը։
Միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետ, իրավաբան Արա Ղազարյանը նշեց, որ այս ամենը հին պատմություն է՝ նոր դրսևորումներով։ «Դատարանները շատ լայն կկիրառեն այս օրենքի դրույթները։ Սա բերելու է հակազդեցության, եվրոպական դատարան նոր գործերի, քննադատության հենց Թուրքիայի ներսում»,- ասաց Ղազարյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ սա քաղաքական պայքար է փոքրամասնությունների անկախության դեմ, ինչն անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է քննադատության։
«ԵՄ-ն, բնականաբար, դեմ կլինի այն նախագծին, և մենք պետք է հուսանք, որ հազարավոր մտավորականներ այս օրինագծի հիման վրա բանտ չեն նետվի, ինչպես եղել է մինչ այժմ՝ թուրքական ինքնությունը վիրավորելու կամ պատմական ինչ-որ դրվագներ կասկածի տակ դնելու պատճառով։ Ազատ արտահայտության վերաբերյալ ամենաշատ վճիռներից հենց Թուրքիայի դեմ են կայացվում»,- նկատեց իրավաբանը։
Համաձայն նոր օրինագծի՝ «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն» և «Քուրդիստան» եզրույթներն օգտագործող պատգամավորները կտուգանվեն աշխատավարձի երկու երրորդի չափով և առժամանակ կզրկվեն նիստերին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից։
