Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մելիք Մանուկյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2017 թ. հայտարարագիրը:
 
Մանուկյանը հայտարարագրել է յոթ միավոր անշարժ գույք, որից երկու առանձնատուն, մեկ բնակարան, երկու հողամաս և երկու հասարակական նշանակության շինություն: Նրան է պատկանում նաև «FORD FIESTA 1.4» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:
 
Պատգամավորի փոխառությունները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են 579 միլիոն 518 հազար և 480 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ, իսկ դրամական միջոցները՝ 344 միլիոն դրամ:
 
Մանուկյանի հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա նաև երեք տարբեր ընկերություններում բաժնեմասեր ունի՝ համապատասխանաբար 76 միլիոն 595 հազար, 70 միլիոն 270 հազար և 5 միլիոն 100 հազար դրամի չափով:
 
Տարվա սկզբից մինչև մանդատը ստանձնելու օրն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ստացած եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 2 միլիոն 157 հազար դրամ և գոյացել աշխատավարձից:
