Հայաստանում հիմնվելու է բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ֆորենզիկ արտադրության նոր ճյուղ

Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է հիմնել գիտահետազոտական լաբորատորիա և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ֆորենզիկ արտադրության նոր ճյուղ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ գիտահետազոտական լաբորատորիան ստեղծվում է «Թեքնոլոջի ընդ սայնս դայնամիքս» և իտալական IDS ընկերության համագործակցությամբ։ 

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Էմիլ Տարասյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ գիտահետազոտական լաբորատորիայի ստեղծումը կլինի տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժերից մեկը։ 

«Տնտեսության առջև այսօր նոր մարտահրավերներ կան՝ ավանդական, արդյունաբերական։ Տնտեսությունում առկա ճյուղերը պետք է վերազինվեն նոր տեխնոլոգիաներով, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք բարձրացնել արտադրողականությունը և առաջ մղել մեր տեղական արտադրանքը։ Այդպիսով, կարող ենք տնտեսական աճ գրանցել։ Մենք թիրախավորել ենք մեծ ցուցանիշ՝ 40 տոկոս արտահանում՝ ՀՆԱ-ի հարաբերակցությամբ»,-նշեց Տարասյանը։ 

Ծրագիրը պետք է իրականացվի 5 տարվա ընթացքում։ IDS ընկերության կողմից նախատեսում է կատարել մինչև 10 մլն եվրո ներդրում։ Սկզբնական շրջանում աշխատանքներ կիրականացվեն Թի-Էս-Դի արտադրամասի R&D հետազոտական կենտրոնում, հետագայում՝ ծավալի մեծացմանը զուգընթաց կհիմնվի առանձին կենտրոն։ 
«Թեքնոլոջի ընդ սայնս դայնամիքս» ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրեն Վահան Շաքարյանն էլ իր հերթին ասաց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում արագ տեմպերով զարգանում է ֆորենզիկ գիտությունը (տարբեր գիտությունների՝ հոգեբանություն, տնտեսագիտություն, կենսաբանություն, ֆիզիկա, մաթեմատիկա, ծրագրավորում, ինժեներիա, համագործակցություն է ներառում), որը հանդիսանում է ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնիկներից մեկը։ 
«Այն բավականին ծանր, բայց ահռելի մեծ պոտենցիալ ունեցող նոր ճյուղ է աշխարհում։ Մասնագետների կարիքն ավելի քան 90 տոկոս է կազմում»,- ասաց Շաքարյանը։ 

Իտալական IDS ընկերության փոխտնօրեն Ալբերիկո Պարենտեն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք իրականացնում են միջազգային ծրագրեր։ 

«Մենք արդեն մի քանի ամիս է Հայաստանում ենք և փորձում ենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ կարելի է անել այստեղ։ Ես կարող եմ հաստատել, որ մենք Հայաստանում լավ տեխնոլոգիական հիմք ենք գտել և ընդհանրապես երկրի դերակատարումը տարածաշրջանում բավականին մեծ է։ Հենց դա է պատճառը, որ այստեղ ցանկանում ենք ծրագիր իրականացնել և ներդնել 10  մլն եվրո»,- ասաց Պարնտեն։ 

Նա հավելեց, որ իրենք չեն սահմանափակվելու միայն ֆորենզիկ ոլորտում ծրագրեր իրականացնելով։ 

Համագործակցությունը տեղի է ունեցել նաև հայ-իտալական գործարար կապերի ակտիվացման և ներդրումների խթանման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության ու Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքների շնորհիվ։
