 Ֆրանսիայում հայկական լոբբիստական աշխատանքը վերջին տարիներին առաջընթաց է արձանագրել թե քաղաքական, թե հասարակական դաշտում: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում Ֆրանսիայի հայկականկազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի համանախագահ, ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանը նշեց, որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական լոբբին նպատակ էր դրել այնպես անել, որ Ֆրանսիայում հայկական համայնքը ոչնչանա կամ թուլանա:

«Հակառակ դրա՝ կարող եմ ասել, որ մենք հաջողել ենք, իսկ իրենք ձախողել են: Հաջողություն չարձանագրելով` Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի դեսպանները փոխվեցին: Օրինակ՝ երբ շրջանառվել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնող օրինագիծը, խորհրդարանը միշտ հօգուտ մեզ է քվեարկել: Խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն լինեին ձախերը, թե աջերը, մեր օգտին է քվեարկվել: Քաղաքական միջավայրում միշտ շահել ենք»,-ասաց Մուրադ Փափազյանը:

Մուրադ Փափազյանը նշեց, որ չնայած հաջողություններին, պետք է շարունակել ակտիվ աշխատանքը: Քանի որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական լոբբին փորձում է նոր էջ բացել: Մասնավորապես, որոշվել է լրջորեն քաղաքականացնել Ֆրանսիայում իրենց համայնքը:

«Այս լույսի ներքո մենք հաջողություն գրանցեցինք ընտրությունների ընթացքում: Բավական լավ կապեր հաստատեցինք նորընտիր նախագահի հետ, քննարկեցինք մի շարք հարցեր հայ-ֆրանսիական, Հայոց ցեղասպանության, Արցախի հետ կապված: Հասարակությունը, քաղաքական վերնախավը շատ դրական են ընդունում հայությանը: Մենք  ֆրանսահայեր ենք, Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացիներ, մեզ այդպես են ընկալում, գիտեն, որ մենք կապված չենք Հայաստանի կառավարության հետ, մեզ Հայաստանի նախագահը կամ վարչապետն ուղղություն չեն տալիս: Իսկ ահա թուրքերի, ադրբեջանցիների դեպքում այլ է: Ֆրանսիայում շատ լավ գիտեն, որ Էրդողանը, Ալիևը ուղղություն են տալիս Ֆրանսիայում իրենց համայնքներին: Դա նշանակում է , որ խառնվում են Ֆրանսիայի ներքին կյանքին, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ոչ»,-հավելեց Մուրադ Փափազյանը:
