Վարչապետը կարևորում է գործազրկությունից խուսափելու համար ապագա մասնագիտությունների ճիշտ կանխատեսումը

 Չորրորդ արդյունաբերական հեղափոխությունն այսօր գլոբալ հարթակներում լայնորեն քննարկվող ամենաակտուալ թեմաներից է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 14-ին 2017 թվականի Հայաստանի ազգային մրցունակության զեկույցի շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց  ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը: ՀՀ վարչապետը նշեց, որ ձեւավորվել է բարի ավանդույթ` նման հարթակներում քննարկելու հետազոտական կենտրոնների կողմից Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական կյանքին առնչվող տարբեր օրակարգային խնդիրների վերաբերյալ վերլուծությունները եւ գտնելու առաջ շարժվելու ճիշտ բանաձեւը:

«Մենք բաց ենք աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին համար, և մեզ համար շատ ակտուալ է հասկանալ եւ ձեւակերպել այն, թե ինչպիսին է մեր մասնակցությունն այս գործընթացներին, ինչպիսի ազդեցություն կունենա չորրորդ արդյունաբերական հեղափոխությունը մեր կյանքի վրա եւ մենք այսօր ինչ պետք է անենք նշված մարտահրավերներին վաղը դիմակայելու եւ, առավել եւս, դրա դրական արդյունքներից եւ հնարավորություններից առավելագույնս օգտվելու համար»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:

 Նրա խոսքով` ներկայացվող զեկույցը բավականին հետաքրքիր նյութ է, եւ այնտեղ Հայաստանի համար առավել կարեւոր էր այն, որ ընդգծվում են թե հնարավորությունները, թե ռիսկերը:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ զարգացման հետեւանքով ավտոմատացումն էապես ազդելու է գործող աշխատաշուկայի վրա, եւ տեխնոլոգիանեը փոխարինելու են շատերին իրենց աշխատատեղերում: Ընդ որում, դա անդրադառնալու է ոչ միայն դասական ոլորտներին, ինչպիսիք են, օրինակ, արտադրությունը, որտեղ ռոբոտաշինությունը կբերի ավելի օպտիմալ լուծումների, այլեւ այլ ոլորտների վրա, ինչպիսին է խորհրդատվական ոլորտը, որտեղ արհեստական բանականությունը մեր փոխարեն կատարելու է բազմաթիվ գործառույթներ: Կամ, նույնիսկ, ֆինանսների կառավարման ոլորտը, որտեղ եւս տեխնոլոգիաները կփոխարինեն մարդուն»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Կարապետյանը կարևորեց ապագա մասնագիտությունների ճիշտ կանխատեսումը գործազրկության ֆենոմենից խուսափելու համար:

«Մենք ունենալու ենք նոր հմտություններ եւ գիտելիքներ ձեռք բերելու կարիք: Այդ իսկ պատճառով շատ կարեւոր է ճիշտ կանխատեսել ապագայի մասնագիտությունների այն ամբողջությունը, որին մենք արդեն այսօրվանից սկսած պետք է պատրաստենք մեր քաղաքացիներին` տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումից առաջացած գործազրկության ֆենոմենից խուսափելու համար: Սա մեզանից պահանջում է համակարգային մոտեցում, եւ կրթական համակարգն այստեղ առաջնագծում է: Վերջապես, չորրորդ արդյունաբերական հեղափոխությունը իր հետ բերում է նաեւ ռազմավարության մշակման ոչ դասական մեխանիզմների կիրառման անհրաժեշտություն` ավելի շատ հիմնվելով զեկույցում առաջարկվող լուծումների վրա` ստեղծիր բազմազանություն, ընտրիր եւ բազմացրու»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետը նշեց, որ առաջադրվող մարտահրավերներին արագ ադապտացվելը Հայաստանին հնարավորություն կտա որակապես նոր դեր ստանձնել ինչպես տարածաշրջանում, այնպես էլ գլոբալ հարթակներում:

«Համապատասխան միջավայր ձեւավորելու դեպքում մենք կարող ենք հասնել մրցունակության, արդյունավետության, արտադրողականության բարձրացմանը եւ էապես խթանել նոր տաղանդների բացահայտումն ու նրանց ներկայությունը բոլորովին նոր շուկաներում եւ հարթակներում: Սա պետք է մեզ հնարավորություն տա հասկանալու մեր տեղն ու դերը, ինչպես նաեւ հնարավոր օգուտները ձեւավորվող այս նոր իրականության մեջ»,- եզրափակեց Կարապետյանը:
