ՀՀ բնապահպանության փոխնախարարն ընդունել է Իրանի էներգետիկայի նախարարի տեղակալին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 14-րդ համատեղ նիստի Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի կատարման ընթացքը վերահսկող հանձնախմբի նիստի շրջանակներում ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը հանդիպել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Ալիռեզա Դաեմիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են բնապահպանության ոլորտում կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ համագործակցությանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր` մասնավորապես շեշտադրվել են Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի կետերով նախանշված գործողություններն ու դրանց իրականացման ժամկետները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Փաստաթղթի շրջանակներում իրանական կողմն անդրադարձել է Ագարակի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի կողմից Արաքս գետի աղտոտման խնդրին և կեղտաջրերի շրջանառու փակ համակարգի ներդրման ժամանակացույցին վերաբերվող հարցերին։
«Ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման հարցերը չեն կարող սահմանափակվել մեկ աղտոտման աղբյուրի առկայությամբ` փաստելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀՀ-ում ձևավորվող ջրային ռեսուրսների մեծ մասը թափվում է Արաքս գետ, ինչը հարևան երկրների կողմից օգտագործվում է ոռոգման և այլ նպատակներով, որն էլ խիստ ուշագրավ է տարածաշրջանում քաղցրահամ ջրի սակավության ֆոնին», - նշել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Է. Գրիգորյանը: Վկայակոչելով ջրի որակի մոնիթորինգի տվյալները` նախարարի տեղակալը կարևորել է նաև մոնիթորինգային աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից Հայաստանին ոչ սահմանակից հատվածում աղտոտման աղբյուրների և ջրառի ծավալների ուսումնասիրության խնդիրը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև էկոհամակարգային ծառայությունների միջազգային ընդունված փորձին, ինչպես նաև քննարկել են Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրով նախատեսված գործողությունների իրականացման ընթացքում միջագային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների ներգրավման հնարավորությունները և այլ հարցեր:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Ալիռեզա Դաեմին կարևորել է ընդունված ծրագրի իրականացումը և իրանական փորձի ուսումնասիրման նպատակով Հայկական պատվիրակությանը հրավիրել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն, ինչի հիման վրա հետագայում առավել իրատեսորեն կմշակվի փակ համակարգի ներդրման տեխնիկական, ֆինանսավորման և ժամկետների հարցերը։
