ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականները կմասնակցեն Էրդողանի թիկնազորի հարձակումից տուժածների միջոցառմանը

Միացյալ Նահանգնի կոնգրեսի անդամները հուլիսի 19-ին կմիանան Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի թիկնազորի հարձակման զոհ դարձած ցուցարարներին «Կանգնի՛ր հանուն ազատ խոսքի» խորագիրը կրող արարողությանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախումբը տեղեկացնում է, որ արարողությունը տեղի կունենա հարձակման վայրին մոտ՝ Շերիդան երթևեկության հանգույցի շրջանում:
Արարողությունը կմեկնարկի վաղ առավոտյան՝ 8:30-ին և կշարունակվի մինչև 10:00-ն: Նախատեսվում է կոնգրեսականներ Դանա Ռոհրաբախերի, Ջիմ ՄըքԳովերնի, Դեյվ Թրոթի և այլ օրենսդիրների մասնակցությունը:
Միացյալ Նահանգներ այցելող Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի դեմ մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոնում կազմակերպված խաղաղ ցույցի մասնակիցները մի խումբ թուրք ազգայնամոլների կատաղի հարձակման թիրախ են դարձել: Մի քանի վիրավորներ արնաշաղախ հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել: Հայտնի է դարձել, որ հարձակումն իրականացրել են Էրդողանի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները: Ավելի ուշ հայտնված տեսանյութում երևում է, թե ինչպես է հենց Էրդողանը տալիս ցուցարարների վրա հարձակվելու հրահանգը:
Վաշինգտոնի քաղաքապետ Մուրիել Բոուսերը և ոստիկանապետ Փիթեր Նյուշեմը հունիսի 15-ին կայացած համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել են, որ մայիսի 16-ին խաղաղ ցուցարարների վրա հարձակում իրականացրած՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կողմնակից խմբի 12 անդամի ձերբակալության հրաման է տրվել:
Հարձակմանը մասնակից ԱՄՆ երկու թուրք քաղաքացի արդեն ձերբակալված են:
ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչների պալատի հունիսի 6-ի նիստի մասնակից 397 անդամ միաձայն ընդունել են թիվ 354 բանաձևը, որը դատապարտում է մայիսի 16-ին ԱՄՆ-ում Թուրքիայի դեսպանի նստավայրի դիմաց Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի թիկնապահների կողմից խաղաղ ցուցարարների դեմ բռնությունը և կոչ է անում օրինազանցներին ենթարկել քրեական պատասխանատվության և քայլեր ձեռնարկել նմանատիպ միջադեպերը բացառելու համար:
