Երկրի, պետության ու հատկապես բանակի մասին չափից շատ մտածող ու դրսից տարեկան մի քանի հազար դոլլար ստացող պարոն Սաքունցը այդ գումարների որքա՞ն մասն է ծառայեցրել թեկուզ միայն բանակին օգնելու հարցում, ինչպես անում են բազմաթիվ իրոք սրտացավ հայեր, ովքեր մի քանի անգամ քիչ գումար են վաստակում: Կամ ստացված գումարների քանի՞ տոկոսն է ներկայացնում պետությանը, որի հիման վրա պետք է հարկեր վճարի, արդյո՞ք չափից շատ օրինական պետության մասին երազող Սաքունցը այդ գումարների մի մասը ապօրինի ճանապարհով չի ստանում, որպեսզի ազատվի իր շատ սիրելի պետական բյուջեն լցնելու հոգսից: Օրենքի ու արդարության երկրի մասին ամենաբարձր խոսացողների մեծ մասը առաջինն են ոտատակ տալիս այդ երկրի օրենքը և արդարությունը: Հա, մեկել, եթե իշխանակակ որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ ինչ-ինչ ապօրինի ճանապարհներով շրջանցում են օրենքը դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ դրանց դեմ պայքարողները ևս պետք է նման կերպ գործեն: Մարդասպանին սպանելով աշխարհում մարդասպանների թիվը չի քչանում:
