2017 թվականին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ֆինանսավորումն ավելացել է 17-20 տոկոսով: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովը «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
Լրատվամիջոցը հիշեցնում է, որ ավելի վաղ տեղական ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել էին, որ 2017 թվականին պետբյուջեով նախատեսված Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության և ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման ծախսերը կկազմեն 2,9 միլիարդ մանաթ (1,8 միլիարդ դոլար), ինչը 6,9 տոկոսով ավելի է 2016 թվականի ցուցանիշից: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այդ նպատակներով ծախսերը, տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով, կկազմեն 2017 թվականի բոլոր բյուջետային ծախսերի 17,4 տոկոսը:
«Չնայած ամբողջ աշխարհում այժմ ճգնաժամ է, և մեզ այն չի շրջանցել, բայց մեզ այն շատ չի հարվածել: Առնվազն ինձ՝ որպես պաշտպանության նախարար, հետաքրքրում է բանակի ֆինանսավորումը. անցած տարի այն միայն աճել է: Այս տարի նշվել է 17-20 տոկոս թիվը»,- ասել է Հասանովը՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը «մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում բանակի ուժեղացմանն ու նորագույն զենքերով զինմանը»:
