ՄԻԵԴ-ը մարդու իրավունքների խախտման պատճառով կրկին տուգանել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը հուլիսի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ նոր վճիռներ է հրապարակել:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.org-ը:
Նոր վճիռներով բավարարվել են Ադրբեջանի ընդդիմության 7 ներկայացուցիչների կողմից ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված հայցերը, ինչի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը տուգանվել է ավելի քան 65 հազար եվրոյով:
ՄԻԵԴ-ի կայքում հրապարակված տեղեկության համաձայն` 7 ընդդիմադիրները ձերբակալվել են 2011-ից 2014-ը Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցած տարբեր բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ: Հայցվորներ Սերվեր Աբդուլալին, Սահիբ Ռուսթամլին, Թուրկել Ալիսոյը, Քոչարի Նաղըևը, Ֆախրեդդին Աբբասը, Նիման Ասգերովը և Այգուն Սաֆարլին անօրինական համարելով «խաղաղ հավաքներին մասնակցելու իրավունքի» սպառման պատճառով ձերբակալությունները` իրենց ձերբակալությունների որոշումները բեկանելու հայցով դիմել էին տեղական դատարաններին, սակայն նրանց դիմումները մերժվել էին:
Հայցվորները ՄԻԵԴ էին ներկայացրել Եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի 5-րդ` ազատության և անձի անձեռնմխելիության, 6-րդ` արդար դատավարության և 11-րդ` հավաքների ազատության հոդվածներով երաշխավորված իրենց իրավունքների խախտումը ճանաչելու և դրա դիմաց փոխատուցում տրամադրելու պահանջ:
ՄԻԵԴ-ը, բավարարելով այս հայցերը, Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը տուգանել է ավելի քան 65 հազար եվրոյով:
Վճիռները ուժի մեջ են մտնելու 3 ամիս հետո, և տուգանված գումարը փոխատուցվելու է տուժողներին:
Ադրբեջանը զբաղեցնում է առաջին 10 երկրների շարքը, որոնց քաղաքացիները ամենաշատն են դիմում ՄԻԵԴ:
2017-ի սկզբին ՄԻԵԴ-ի կողմից 2016-ի արդյունքների հիման վրա հրապարակված զեկույցում ասվում էր, որ ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսվում է նայել Ադրբեջանից ներկայացված 1650 բողոք:
2015-ին Ադրբեջանից ՄԻԵԴ է ներկայացվել 268, իսկ 2014-ին` 333 հայց:
Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը ՄԻԵԴ-ի կողմից կայացված մի շարք վճիռների հիման վրա ներկայացված պահանջները, ներառյալ Ադրբեջանում գործող REAL ընդիմադիր շարժման առաջնորդ Իլգար Մամմեդովին և նախկին առողջապահության նախարար Ալի Ինսանովին ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ չի կատարել:
