Հայաստանում Yandex.Taxi-ն ծառայություններ կմատուցի համաշխարհային առաջատար Uber-ի հետ միասին

Yandex.Taxi ընկերությունը, որը ղեկավարում է հայազգի գործարար Տիգրան Խուդավերդյանը, համաձայնագիր է կնքել նմանատիպ փոխադրումների ոլորտի համաշխարհային առաջատար Uber ընկերության հետ՝ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի և Ղազախստանի տարածքում օնլայն ուղևորությունների բիզնեսները միավորելու մասին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը, բիզնեսի ծավալը գնահատվում է 3.725 միլիարդ դոլար:
Համաձայնագրի պայմաններով Uber-ը և Yandex-ը նոր ընկերության մեջ ներդրում են կատարելու, համապատասխանաբար, 225 ու 100 մլն դոլարի չափով: Նոր բիզնեսի կառավարումը (59.3 տոկոս) ստանձնելու է Yandex-ը, ևս 36.6 տոկոսը՝ Uber-ը, իսկ բաժնեմասի մնացած 4.1 տոկոսը պատկանելու է երկու ընկերությունների աշխատակիցներին: Նոր ընկերությունը կղեկավարի Yandex.Taxi-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Տիգրան Խուդավերդյանը:
Ինչպես պարզաբանել են Yandex-ում, միավորման արդյունքում ծառայությունների օգտատերերի համար ոչինչ չի փոխվի: Ուղևորություն պատվիրելու համար հասանելի կլինեն երկու հավելվածները: Վարորդները միավորված կլինեն միասնական հարթակում: Դա թույլ կտա նրանց մեկ հավելվածում պատվերներ ստանալ ինչպես Yandex.Taxi-ից, այնպես էլ Uber-ից: Ենթադրվում է, որ նման միավորումը կավելացնի հասանելի մեքենաների թիվը, կկրճատի սպասման և դատարկ երթի ժամանակը:
