ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանը ողջունում է Նալբանդյան-Մամեդյարով հանդիպման կայացումը

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի՝ հուլիսի 11-ի հանդիպումը դրական միտում ունի խաղաղ գործընթացի շարունակության տեսանկյունից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան  Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն:

«Մենք կողմնակից ենք, որ երկու երկրների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների միջև հնարավորինս հաճախ լինի կանոնավոր երկխոսություն: Այս տեսանկյունից մենք կարող ենք միայն ու միայն գոհունակություն հայտնել առ այն, որ երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարների միջև հանդիպումը կայացավ: Ես բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ այս խնդիրը ռազմական լուծում չունի և պետք է բանակցությունների միջոցով հարցը կարգավորվի»,- ընդգծեց դեսպանը:

Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեի խոսքով՝ այդպիսի հանդիպումները միտված են  ավելի դրական հետագա զարգացումների և չպետք է սահմանափակվել միայն երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարների բանակցություններով, անհրաժեշտ է նաև երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել:

Հուլիսի 11-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները՝ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա) և Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը(ԱՄՆ), հուլիսի 11-ին հանդիպել են Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ՝ քննարկելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ հետագա աշխատանքի ընթացքը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր եղել նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը:

Նախարարները համաձայնել են փոխանցել իրենց նախագահներին համանախագահների առաջարկը՝ այս տարի ավելի ուշ բարձր մակարդակով հանդիպում կազմակերպելու մասին: Համանախագահներն առաջարկել են իրենց օգնությունը հանդիպման կազմակերպման գործում: Քննարկվել է նաև ներկա իրադրությունը շփման գծում:

Նախարարները և համանախագահները համաձայնել են կրկին հանդիպել սեպտեմբերին Նյու Յորքում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 72-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակում:
