Ի՞նչ անել մազաթափության դեպքում

Փարթամ վարսեր ունենալը ցանկացած կնոջ երազանքն: Սովորաբար օրական թափվում է մոտ 100 մազ, որը բնական երեւույթ է: Հասկանալու համար, թե արդյոք դուք մազաթափության խնդիր ունեք, թե ոչ, անհրաժեշտ է մի մազափունջ վերցնել եւ մի փոքր ձգել: Եթե ձեռքի մեջ երկու մազ մնա, ապա անհանգստանալու կաիրք չկա, իսկ եթե ավելի շատ՝ պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել:
Ո՞վ է մեղավոր
Մազաթափության պատճառները շատ է, ընդ որում տղամարդկանց ու կանանց մոտ դրանք տարբեր են: Գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչների մազերը թափվում են արյան վատ շրջանառության (ի դեպ, այն կարգավորելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ցուրտ եղանակին գլխարկ դնել), սննդարար նյութերի պակասի եւ հոգբանական խնդիրների, որոշ դեղահաբերի օգտագործման, մազերի վրա քիմիական ու մեխանիկական ազդեցությունների, հորմոնալ խանգարումների հետեւանքով:
Ի՞նչ անել
Եթե մազաթափության խնդիր ունեք, ապա առաջին հերթին պետք է դիմել մաշկաբանի օգնությանը: Նա մազերի աճը վերականգնելու համար վիտամինային եւ հանքային կոմպլեքսներ կնշանակի: Իսկ բացի դրանից կարելի է նաեւ կիրառել հեըեւյալ մեթոդները:
Առաջին հերթին հարկավոր է ճիշտ սնվել: Ամեն օր անհրաժեշտ է ուտել սպիտակուցներով եւ երկաթով հարուստ սնունդ: Մազերը ձեզ շնորհակալություն կհայտնեն, եթե շատ կաթնաշոռ, միրգ ու բանջարեղեն, հավի ու տավարի միս ուտել:
Հարկավոր է նաեւ ճիշտ սանր, շամպուն ու բալզամ ընտրել: Ճիշտ ընտրված սանրը պետք է նուրբ, գլխամաշկը մերսող, արյան շրջանառությունը կարգավորող լինի: Ի դեպ, նման արդյունքի հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է քնելուց առաջ սանրել վարսերը: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է շամպունի ու բալզամի ընտրությանը, ապա պետք է գնել այն միջոցները, որոնք «ամրացնող են»:
Ավանդական միջոցներ. ամենաազդեցիկ միջոցը համարվում է կռատուկի արմատը: Երկու ճաշի գդալ մանրացված կռատուկի արմատը պետք է լցնել եռացրած ջրի մեջ եւ տաքացնել մարմանդ կրակի վրա մոտ 30 րոպե: Ստացված զանգվածը պետք է քամել եւ լողանալուց հետո մազերը լվանալ դրանով: Ազդեցիկ միջոց է նաեւ հետեւյալ միջոցը. հարկավոր է խառնել մեկ ճաշի գդալ կոնյակը, մեկ ձվի դեղնուցը, մեկ գդալ մեղրը եւ մի քիչ բուսական յուղը եւ թողնել մոտ 30 րոպե: Այնուհետեւ ստացված զանգվածը պետք է քսել մազարմատներին եւ շամպունով լվանալ:
