20 միլիոն դրամ Արդարադատության նախարարությանը՝ անալոգային հեռախոսակապից թվայինի անցնելու համար

Գրասենյակային գույք ձեռք բերելու նպատակով Արդարադատության նախարարությանը 20 միլիոն 997 հազար դրամ կհատկացվի՝ 2017 թ. պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդի հաշվին: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը կներկայացվի այսօր կայանալիք կառավարության նիստում:

Կառավարության որոշման նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է Արդարադատության նախարարության բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու նպատակով հեռախոսային սարքերի, հեռախոսային ցանցի և տվյալների մշակման սարքերի ձեռքբերման անհրաժեշտությամբ: Այսպես է նշված նախագծի մեջ:

Արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի գործող հեռախոսակապը անալոգային է, որը համարվում է ավելի ցածր որակի կապի տեսակ: Որակապես ու ֆունկցիոնալ հնարավորություններով այն զիջում է թվային հեռախոսակապին:

Ըստ նախագծի հեղինակների՝ նախարարության գործող հեռախոսակապի փոխարինումը թվայինով կտա մի շարք ֆունկցիոնալ նոր հնարավորություններ` տեսազանգ, կոնֆերենս զանգ, զանգի ձայնագրում: Միաժամանակ սա թույլ կտա նախարարության առանձնացված ստորաբաժանումներին` օգտվել անվճար հեռախոսակապից, իսկ այլ կառույցների՝ թվային հեռախոսակապ ունենալ և համակցման դեպքում նույնպես անվճար հեռախոսակապ ունենալ, որը էականորեն կիջեցնի նախարարության ամսական ծախսերը:

Այն հնարավորություն կտա նաև անսահմանափակ թվով ներքին լոկալ օգտագործողների գրանցում կատարել և նախարարության բոլոր կառուցվածքային և առանձնացված ստորաբաժանումների միջև մեկ ընդհանուր ներքին հեռախոսային ցանց ստեղծել:

Նախագծում նաև կարդում ենք, որ կատարվել է թվային հեռախոսակապի ներդրման համար անհրաժեշտ իրերի քանակական և գնային ուսումնասիրություն: Անհրաժեշտ գույքի ձեռքբերման համար պահանջվում է 20 միլիոն 997 հազար դրամ գումար, որից՝ 13 միլիոն 499 հազար դրամը նախատեսվում է ծախսել 186 հատ թվային հեռախոսային սարքերի ձեռքբերման համար:

Բացի այս, նախարարության գործող հեռախոսակապի զանգերի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ թվային հեռախոսակապի ներդնումը կհանգեցնի ամսական հեռախոսավճարի 25–30%–ի նվազեցման: Այսպես, ըստ նախագծի՝ նախարարության հեռախոսակապի միջին տարեկան ծախսը կազմում է 17 միլիոն դրամ: Մոտավոր հաշվարկներով՝ թվային հեռախոսակապի ներդրման համար պահանջվող գումարը 4 տարվա ընթացքում կվերադարձվի պետբյուջե՝ հեռախոսավճարի սպասվելիք տնտեսումների հաշվին:
